“Amazing Luxury Hotel”
This hotel is worth every penny. Right on the ocean, beautiful pool, really helpful and polite staff, gorgeous lobby and hallways, the most comfortable bed I ever slept in, delicious food. The hotel was not especially crowded so they upgraded my room for free. This is the kind of hotel you want to stay in when you want to chill, enjoy the ocean, the pool and relaxing at the hotel itself. I felt like I totally pampered myself by booking there and I loved every second of it. The music by the pool is at a really low volume and its chill-out and ambient music so its not obnoxious. FYI, I've stayed at luxury hotels in many cities and this one is at the top of the list. I'm in my mid-forties, FYI. If I want to party, I can leave the hotel for that. I really want to feel pampered and see beauty around me in my hotel.
“Not as great as you would expect”
The grounds are lovely. The staff is very nice. But, overall, the experieince was not so great. Mainly due to the food (which was just not good -especially from room service), the restrictions placed on certain areas of the hotel because they were being used for a private party, and the other guests (which generally I know the hotel can't control). I experienced rudeness from other guests who were not satisfied with the seat selection near the seawall and then witnessed it later from the same guests with other people. The hotel staff tried to accomdate the complainers, which imposed on others and just made the situation worse, because now there was barely room to move after they jammed extra chairs into the space that the complainers wanted to occupy. The food at Orange Temple was good and tasty. The fire pit area was closed off for a private party, which was disappointing. The room service food was really very bad. And it just bears mentioning that it is really a little over the top to charge $5 for a glass of coke that is mostly ice. I have stayed at a lot of hotels and resorts and travel routinely for business. This was just not worth the money and I doubt I will consider staying here again.
“Nice, but not worth money”
For a five star hotel and the amount they charge, I expected more. Had lunch at Breeze and paid $50, for each lunch. Just salads and 1 frozen drink. The grounds could be a bit nicer. Our room was cleaned "at". We moved the couch and found all kinds of dirt and junk under it. The carpet in the hotel was very dirty. Lastly, the business center was the worst. There were only 2 pc's and printers and one printer never worked. They did not have any paper or pens/pencils available. The pc's were mac's and had old versions of microsoft apps. They also charged for internet, $10/day. for a 5 star hotel, I would expect more and espcially not paying for internet.
“Review Ritz-Carlton Palm Beach”
Very nice hotel, excellente service, comfortable rooms, definitely a five star. But we were VERY disappointed to have to pay for chairs and umbrellas at the hotel beach. Unacceptable and abusive!! Also had to pay to use tennis court. Given the price of this five star hotel, you would expect to be able to use the amenities with no cost. Even to stay 10 min at the sauna you had to pay! Next time we will stay at the Four Seasons, where beach chairs and umbrella are free, much less abusive.
“April 2011 trip”
Our short stay at this hotel was 5 star + Amenities and courtesy of staff outstanding
“Ritz Palm Beach”
We had a great time!
“love it”
amazing service and beautiful room. very accommodating about late checkout.
“Great Option South of Palm Beach”
extremely friendly and helpful staff. Terrific stay. We look forward to returning.
“Company Offsite”
The hotel did a great job catering to our large group. Even the food was good - not usual at these type of events.
“Nice beach hotel”
The hotel was nice and is located well.
