Nice, comfortable, clean roomsPosted Jun 24, 2014
Pros: Cleanliness of rooms. Friendly, nice staff
Cons: Fitness facilities
Location: Very close to shopping center that has a Whole Foods - Bed, Bath & Beyond - Jamba Juice - Barnes & Noble (Starbucks inside) and other stores
My first time ever in Florida! I usually always stay at a Hilton, but the Wyndham Boca Raton was very comfortable and noise-FREE. I'd definitely stay here again!

Wyndham still one of the best!Posted Jun 23, 2014
Pros: The location was great and the hotel itself was clean, spacious and had a very nice restaurant.
Cons: The addition of a microwave and refrigerator in my room would've made my stay perfect.
Location: There were plenty of dining options and even some shopping within walking distance or just a few short miles away.
I was in Boca Raton for work and chose to stay at the Wyndham Hotel - Boca Raton. I was already a Wyndham rewards member so it seemed like a good idea to stay there. Overall, my experience was very good and I would recommend the hotel to anyone staying or working in the nearby areas.

Great Hotel: Close to FAUPosted Jun 11, 2014
Pros: The front desk attendant was very helpful and friendly. The easy access to everything and the resort type feeling for relaxation.
Cons: My observation was no consistency of a front door attendant. It was nice when one was there.
Location: Florida Atlantic University was very near as well as access to shopping and other restaurants.
The Wyndham was an ideal location for a mini vacation get-away. We loved our stay and the staff was very helpful during check in and during our stay. The experience was great from the arrival to our departure. The restaurant and poolside was great. We didn't have to leave the hotel at all except to take our daughter to FAU for her orientation. The distance to FAU was very convenient. The Wyndham had made our list for hotels to stay when visiting our daughter at FAU or for another mini vacation.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AT THE WYNDHAM, BOCAPosted Jun 3, 2014
Cons: CUSTOMER SERVICE
I made my reservation through Expedia. I had a death in the family and called the hotel on Thurs., May 29th to let the hotel know that I had a funeral on Fri. & wouldn't be flying to Florida until Sat., May 30th & I needed to change my check-in from Fri. to Sat. The young girl that answered the phone was sweet & said it was no problem & I was all set to check-in on Sat. When driving from the airport on Sat. I decided to call the hotel and find out how early I could check-in. I spoke with Stacy & she said I was listed as a no show. She said to call Expedia and have them reinstate the reservation. I called Expedia & the rep said she would call the Wyndham, make sure I had the room for Sat. & Sun. & make sure I wasn't charged for Fri. night since I called on Thurs. Expedia called the Wyndham, then blind transferred me back to the hotel to Stacy. She said that I was all set for a room for Sat. & Sun. night but that I would not be reimbursed for Fri. Here's where Stacy's story changes. She told me there was a note in my reservation stating someone spoke to me on Fri. & that I was told to call Expedia to make the change. It was clear that she was trying to get the hotel out of the error that was made on Thurs. when I called. Stacy never said any of this until I was transferred back to her. Now why would I go through the trouble of calling the Wyndham on Thurs. & not call Expedia if I was told to? Then Stacy became extremely rude & condescending & she hung up on me.
