“Excellent”

This was the second time I have stayed at the 7 Springs Inn and Suites, and this time was just a pleasant as the first. Their rooms are great and the grounds are always kept very nice. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who asked.

“Wonderful, contemporary, clean and comfortable Palm Springs lodging”

The 7 Springs Inn and Suites is beautiful, well-maintained, immaculate, and comfortable. The designer and owner clearly take pride in the structure's low-profile 1960's architecture and maximized it, making a 21st-century "Villa Moderne" feel throughout. Just walking into the sleek lobby tells you this is a cool place: bold wallpaper, modish hand-blown mini-pendant light fixtures, sweeping picture windows facing a retro-contemporary stainless steel fountain sculpture, and chic black granite countertop and flooring. The rooms, with large new French doors, face two lovely courtyards with swimming pools, palm trees, and a wide assortment of colorful flowers. The perfect place to relax. The room in which I am staying (111) and all the others I viewed are prime examples of "understated elegance." The rooms have a variety of layouts, making a call to the hotel very helpful to decide what suits your needs and tastes. 760-320-9110. While all this is impressive, it is also amazingly inexpensive. My room, for example, with a spacious new king-size bed and a huge front room and a small separate kitchen, is only $66 plus tax! Some rooms are less, some are more, but they are all a bargain. I would definitely stay here again. I have stayed at the Hyatt Regency here in Palm Springs and it is twice as much and nowhere near as nice. If you are looking for a place to stay in Palm Springs, look no further than the 7 Springs Inn and Suites.

“Excellent overall”

The location is great, just a few minutes walk from the main street. No problem getting a parking space, more than enough for all the guests. The garden and pool are great and ver well maintained. The room is really spacious and good looking,with a big walk in closet, fridge, microwave, confortable bed and big tv. The hotel is really quiet, didnt hear a thing during the nigth (and i know there were people in the room next door). Overall an excellent stay, without any problems at all. Great spot in Palm Springs.

“I will be using this hotel again in the near future”

I found this hotel to be very clean and modern. Walking distance from downtown Palm Springs. I loved the kitchen (gas stove & oven, microwave, & full size refrigerator). The bed was extremely comfortable. I will be using this hotel again for my next visit.

“Great deal for Palm Springs”

7 Springs Inn is a wonderful place to stay - especially with a group or family! In addition to standard hotel rooms, there are "townhouses" available which can sleep up to 8 people. They are arranged in two-level units so privacy is insured while still enabling everyone in the party to be together. Accommodations are very nice - beds are very comfortable and the decor is refreshingly subdued with a slight retro-modern feeling. A full kitchen in the townhouse allows simple meals to be prepared on site. Common areas are well-kept, facilitating outdoor gatherings near the pool, spa, etc. This place is a bargain.....

“A Little Home Away from Home”

This was my second time staying at the 7 Springs Inn and Suites. The decor is modern complete with kitchen that featured black granite counter tops, a full sized refrigerator and stainless steel features. A calm atmosphere with accommodating staff as we had a small problem with the air conditioning with they promptly fixed. When we were not initially happy with the first room assigned it was formerly a pet friendly room and one could tell with the scuff marks at the base boards but, we were quickly given another and got the opportunity to chose, thanks to the accommodating front desk staff. I learned that they are going to re-do the interior design for all the rooms in the near future but, to be honest they are very nice suites but, I imagine they want to update the former pet friendly rooms. Overall it is a great value and well worth the stay.

“A nice place, close to everything.”

When we checked into our room, the A/C was very loud, so we told them at the front desk. They said they are changiing out the units over time. The manager was very understanding, and moved us up to a much larger room that had a complete kitchen. We were very pleased with the upgraded room.
