The King suite with kitchen was large and clean. Some elements in the room could use a refresh (worn chair) or a little paint (door jambs and stained shelf under bath sink), but the hotel is a decent price for its location. The reception staff were very friendly.

I like the overall layout of the hotel. Nice courtyard. The furniture in the room seemed dated, but not terrible. The mattress was awful. Nice amenities though. HOT WATER IN SHOWER AND SINK TOOK 15 MINUTES TO GET WARM. I would have rated this place much higher if these two very basic things were taken care of.

Good location but tired Inn. The property needs to be updated in many areas as it is showing a lot of wear and tear and in some parts dirty/stains. Such as the lobby and outdoor furniture. The 2nd room had a stain on the carpet, stains on the desk chair and the bed was too soft and you could feel the springs or the frame poking through the mattress. Our 1st assigned room was tucked under the stairwell on the first floor and felt very dark. The carpet was black and smelled like they just shampooed it, overwhelming smell. Overall the staff was pleasant and helpful as they did move us to a 2nd room after our dissatisfaction with the first one. It’s truly a budget hotel and in need of some dollars spent towards new furnishings/case goods in order to make it a charming spot.

Very charming mid century hotel/mini resort with fabulous mountain and palm tree views if you are in a suite with a balcony. Large hot tub, welcoming outdoor spaces and fire pit plus pool. Clean, staff work hard to keep the spaces clean and maintained. Outdoor furniture cushions need replacement and tables in our room were a bit beat up but we loved this place and extended our stay from 2 to 4 days.

Absolutely horrible service. NO amenities available. Not even a bottle of water. Gentlemen at the front desk were rude and uninformed and made us redo all the paperwork a second time, then after complaining they found the the originals. Walls paper thin . Noise from the pools and hot tubs unacceptable. Never again!!!

Our room was nice size. Bed comfortable. It would have been nicer if there was couple free bottled waters. Kids were thirsty after long drive there. Downside was patio furniture by pools need to be replaced old & torn up looking. I’m sure from the blazing heat in PS. Vending machines ripped us off by overcharging my card ☹️

We loved all the different areas one could relax on the property and how well maintained the landscaping is ... very beautiful yet the building is starting to break down.. lots of crumbling stucko, lots of repainting and filling needing done..The front desk was friendly and always willing to help if one had any questions or needed anything. What we did not like was the old carpet in the room it felt dingy and dirty and we did not like how dirty all the sun lounger cushions were and they all had many rips and just looked bad, just a few things could really make this property sing :) but overall we loved the property and would stay again. Cheers

Nice kitchenette and great desk information. Our bathroom had no counter space. Outdoor cushions show lots of wear. I guess the winds and weather make it hard to keep them nice.

All the charm of a boutique hotel in a great location. Nice pool and hot tubs that were never too busy or crowded. The room was not in new condition,but was clean and comfortable.

We always stay at 7 Springs. You can't beat the location, having a kitchen, it's comfortable, we love the jacuzzi, it's always quiet, easy access, good parking, and the price is right. Overall the condition is great, but you might find a few rooms that need update or things on the property that are worn from the sun. Still, it's a complete yes for us.

We stayed here for one night. The property overall is good. Staff are nice and pleasant. Check in was quick. Location is good and pretty safe. We like to walk and explore the city so it’s about 1 mile to walk to downtown area. We would give this property 5 stars for its soundproofed walls. It’s very quiet at night during sleep. We didn’t like the beds. They are very soft and less comfortable. The room is not too bright with less lightings. We are ok to stay here for one or two nights. It also has microwave and fridge if you stay longer. Nice hot tub is perfect. The price is not cheap especially for the weekend. Just be aware there is a steep stairs going up to your room if you are on the second floor. The stair is in your own unit. The carpet might need to be replaced to avoid tripping if the management wants to improve. Overall we had a good experience.

Had a great stay, close to so many shops and dining options! The Inn’s amenities were really nice. Overall nice stay except our room smelled a little musty and I couldn’t walk on the carpet barefoot without my feet getting really dirty.

The property was nice and staff was great! Only complaint is location. It is near a trauma center and helicopters were VERY loud. Other than that it was fine!
