“Charming, relaxing and wonderful -- especially for the price!”
I just came to get away from the city for a night, and this charming little inn was the perfect getaway. The property was adorable, the rooms were well kept, and the staff was fantastic! Highly recommend it for a nice, relaxing weekend in Palm Springs!
“What I expected and more”
The Pepper Tree in was exactly what they claimed to be online. We were very happy with the hotel and the room was great. I loved the private patio and the bed was so comfortable I wanted to relax in it longer! We had a swim under the stars on our last night and will always remember this trip. Can't wait to return.

“will go back next year”

“Wish I never left!”
Everything relating to my stay @ the Pepper Tree Inn was exceptional. I stayed in a one bdrm suite with a full kitchen providing everything anyone would need. Clean, comforable and more. The hotel staff were very professional, friendly, polite and a pleasure. I wish I never had to leave. I am trying to arrange time off to return soon.
“Perfect Place in Palm Springs”
The Pepper Tree Inn is my new favorite place to stay when visiting Palm Springs! We stayed here during one of the weekends of the Palm Springs International Film Festival and picked this place based on the room rate and pictures. We arrived in the area a little earlier than expected and the front desk staff allowed us to check in early and get settled in our room. The room itself was very nice - the property looks like it had been recently painted, the furniture in the room is real wood in a Mission-style, discreet 32" flat screen TV mounted to the wall, mini fridge, comfortable bed with clean white sheets, roomy bathroom with natural lighting and stocked with towels, shampoo / conditioner, extra toilet paper, and anything else you might need. Free wireless internet! Free continental breakfast you can eat by the swimming pool. The housekeeping staff does an excellent job on the rooms - we found our room absolutely perfect. I was giddy when I walked in for the first time because the room and property was exactly what I had hoped for: clean, polished, restful, and in my price range. The Inn is located next to one of the small theaters they use for the Film Festival and Downtown Palm Springs restaurants start across the street so no need to drive anywhere for dinner. I am definitely staying here again!
“Like stepping into a fabulous Mediterranean resort.”
It is a charming place which, although in the center of Palm Springs, feels like a secluded paradise. Can't wait to go there again. Nice room adjacent to the pool area.
“great place to stay”
Our first time staying here. really enjoyed our time here. our room was spacious and bed and pillows wonderful! we liked the "quiet" theme hotel was going for. no loud children or party groups. very relaxing...we will be back :)
“Will return in the near future.”
I surprised my husband for his birthday by taking him to Palm Springs. I was looking for a bargain and the hotel pictures showed it looked pretty descent. Well let me say ,it was more than we've expected. My husband said I "spoiled" him, by thinking I paid alot of money for our room. It was quiet, clean and very romantic. My stay at this hotel was exceptional. We will definitely be returning to this hotel in the future. The price was great and the service was terrific!!! Everything and more than what I expected.... Thank you
“Relax and enjoy”
We live in Carson, California about 2 hours away from Palm Springs we had never been there before and wanted to try something new for a romantic getaway. With the Pepper Tree inn we got just what we wanted. This place is quiet, warm and clean. The service, people and location was great. My wife and I don’t like to be far from our two kids (2year old Mario and 6 month old Eddie), therefore we try to only travel locally. If you have never been to Palm Springs you do not know what you are missing. Temperature in Los Angeles on June 17th and 18th of 2011 was 65-70 degrees where as in Palm Springs it was 95 on Friday and 101 on Saturday. If you live in Los Angeles and have missed the last 4 summers like we have make a note to yourself and travel to the Pepper Tree inn, jump into their pool and relax in their Jacuzzi. Rates are good and well worth the 2 hour trip from L.A.
