Check in was a breeze. Friendly front desk staff. Only stayed one night. Checked in in the afternoon, but didn't return to my room until 1 in the am, so went right to sleep. Very comfy bed. Quiet. Shower worked fine. Nothing amazing, but clean, comfy and quiet.

Reasonable price

Posted Dec 23, 2014
We stayed for 1 night and found the room facing outside was a little noisy due to road noise. It wasn't a nig issue though. The building appeared a bit aged but the bedding was very comfortable and clean. Breakfast make to order was really good.

I do not like breakfast style

I don't like the breakfast style they offered. You have to ask for the fruit, yogurt looks like it's cheap.

Disappointing

Posted Dec 18, 2014
Cons: first floor back to carpet.
Needed and first floor room, husband recovering from knee surgery. The floor was tiled and left the room feeling cold and way too noisy. Checked in around 7, went to dinner, came right back to fall asleep immediately. A group of ladies checked in next door about 2:30 am, talking and laughing like it was 2:30 in the afternoon! We knocked on the "shared" inner door to no avail. Finally called the front desk and they sent security. In the meantime, heard heels/shoes walking all over their room due to the floors. Fully awake by now so got ready to check out as soon as breakfast was served. We use Palm Springs as a 1/2 point for our drive to Phoenix but will not be staying here again. I am a frequent stay customer for Best Western and have not had this type experience before. Disappointed.

Convenient to shops and restaurants in Palm Desert

Posted Dec 17, 2014
Pros: the best part was the free cooked to order breakfast.
Cons: The whole room experience. Very outdated interiors.
Location: Good location to golf courses, shopping, and services
rooms were clean but dated for a suite experience. Cooked to order breakfast from friendly cooks was the best experience. Poor lighting on stairwell to second floor suites, no elevator to haul luggage.

My husband and I, enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The room was clean and very comfortable and the staff was friendly. We enjoyed the comli!entary breakfast, it was delicious. If we decide to visit the palm desert area again, we plan on staying at the Best Western again.
