Nice resort close to many restaurants

Posted Jan 21, 2015
Pros: Made to order eggs for included breakfast. Nice front room in suite with comfortable beds and pillows.
Location: Lots of restaurants. Fast food Del Taco is in walking distance. Polo fields.
Good location. Albertsons across the street. Trader Joe's and Whole Foods within 2 miles.

Best Western Plus Palm Desert

Posted Jan 20, 2015
Pros: staff helpful
Cons: water pressure in the shower
Location: I was there for concert at McCallum Theatre
Clean. Staff very helpful. But the coffee machine was not working and the water pressure in the shower was horrible.

I was greeted warmly by the staff at the desk. I was asked which floor I wanted? I asked if I was getting the best rate (AAA AARP etc) and my rate was lowered by $10.00. Our room was clean and fresh. I would have liked more control over the temperature as the room was too warm (January) and we had to open the window. Glad the windows open, some don't at hotels. Beds were comfortable. The breakfast was made to order and included in the room cost. The food was warm not hot but good.

Friendly staff, great location

Posted Jan 17, 2015
Pros: great location and good breakfast every morning
Cons: lacking some attention to detail with the grounds and housekeeping
Location: all we do is golf and it's a great location next to Cook Street which will get you anywhere fast
We go to Palm Springs every January - plan to stay there again.

Good choice if you are going to the Tennis Gardens

Posted Jan 15, 2015
Pros: The cooked to order breakfast was good.
Cons: The hard surface flooring makes for easy cleaning but is not as nice as carpeting.
Location: We were there for an event at the Indian Wells Tennis Gardens 3 miles to the east. The attractions in Rancho Mirage are only a few miles to the west
The room was fairly priced. The facility and grounds are in good condition considering that is an older development.

Staff needs to focus on customer service

Posted Jan 4, 2015
Pros: Location on Hwy. 111. The breakfast was quick and good. They have a short order grill that serves eggs, breakfast meats, hash browns and pancakes.
Cons: The front desk needs to be reminded that their job is to serve the needs of their customers.
The hotel was okay. But we had to ask three times for extra blankets. Finally, I went to the front desk personally and brought the blankets back to our room.

Sehr gutes Hotel, gerne wieder

Sehr neue und gepflegte Hotelanlage mit Innenhof, Palmen und viel Grün. Nur das Frühstück entsprach dem üblichen niedrigen Standard.
