Exceptional stayPosted Jun 19, 2015
My experience was absolutely amazing. Grounds, room, amenities and staff are all beyond expectations. (With the exception of Stacie @ F/D).

Quieter than the resort neighbor, possibly betterPosted Jun 13, 2015
Pros: Quieter pool area. Always sufficient loungers and towels
Cons: Wish the A/C could be made so the fan part would stay on (even if the A/C cycled on/off). It caused sleep disturbance when the fan's noise kicked on.
Location: Walking distance to Palm Springs downtown. Short drive to airport and airport museum.
We usually stay at it's neighbor, the Renaissance. I think both Marriott properties. This pool area may be a fraction the size, but here it was easy to get a towel and a lounger (Renaissance always runs out of both). The walk to town is 2 blocks longer, but it's still not bad and is a nice way to walk off dinner.

Great Hotel and great pricePosted Jun 10, 2015
Pros: Cleanliness, comfort and location.
The lobby area was nice and clean. Definitely updated and looked great. I was quickly greeted and checked in. The room was very spacious and clean. The bed was comfortable. The room had a small veranda that overlooked the pool and faced the mountains so the view was nice. Nice sized flat screen tv. Plenty of parking and close to the rooms. I called to the front desk to inquire on getting a taxi and they immediately offered to call one for me. About one or two blocks away from supermarket and restaurants. Considering it was an overnight stay I was very happy with the room and service of the hotel.

Having just stayed for the night, the hotel was pleasant and clean. Upon our arrival we thought we would be closer to the city but realized quickly that we were about a mile and a half from Downtown. It seemed a bit pricey after all of the taxes were included to be so far from Downtown.

Very disappointed.Posted Apr 24, 2015
Pros: The people who cleaned
Cons: Update everything
Location: Very well located
Room we booked, standard with two queens was tiny. The beds, were small no more than a,double and no sitting area. We immediately changed to a suite which was much better EXCEPT FOR TWO VERY GLARING THINGS. THE CARD KEY NEVER WORKED RIGHT AND THE TV IN THE BEDROOM WAS A,BIT BLURRY. AT LEAST WITH THIS MORE EXPENSIVE ROOM WE HAD A REFRIGERATOR AND A MICROWAVE. WOULD NEVER STAY THERE AGAIN
