Great hotel for the price.

Posted May 26, 2015
Pros: Spacious room with Fridge and Microwave. Own Balcony and definitely the 3 pools.
Location: Only a quick 1 minute drive from Downtown where you have all the shopping, restaurants and other activities available.
I recently stayed here for Memorial day weekend and I must say it was quite pleasant. The room was spacious and had a small fridge and microwave which really helped out as we were traveling with a one year old. We had our own balcony and overall it was a pretty clean room. We spent one of our days in the pool which I think is the highlight of this place with a kids pool, a large pool and a descent sized Jacuzzi. Only downside was that they didn't have a crib available for us on our arrival which any parent who travels with a one year old will tell you its not fun sleeping (that's if you get any sleep) in a queen sized bed with your spouse and baby while on vacation. Fortunately they were able to get a crib for us on our second night. Overall this place is decently priced, family friendly and only a couple blocks from downtown Palm Springs which for us was great due to the fact that it was a really packed that weekend.

Bathroom in the room was anything but nice. Shower was horrible. The beds are super hard and uncomfortable.

Don't stay here

Posted May 4, 2015
Pros: N/A
Cons: See above.
It was poor value for the money. The hotel was a 15 minute cab ride from the airport. The check-in person was unfriendly and unhelpful. The room smelled bed. The pillows smelled of rancid scalp oil. To get to my unit,I had to walk across a poorly lit path. It necessitated entering and exiting the fenced enclosure around the pool while schlepping my luggage.

Horrible MOTEL. OLD- worn out everything!

Posted Apr 13, 2015
Check in staff was rude. Everything is old. It's a complete teardown of a place but they charge as if this was a decent hotel. No lighting. There are no windows, only a sliding door that has super dark privacy curtains. Which would fine the evenings however, during the daytime you have to get ready with the TV lighting. Super small bathrooms, old toilet, shower/bath. The towels are ridiculously worn and small. I have old rags at home in better condition. I would never stay at any days inn location ever again.

Nice Hotel

Posted Apr 7, 2015
Pros: The big pool, convenient location
Cons: maybe offer breakfast
I had a wonderful overnight stay at this hotel. We arrived earlier than expected and the hotel let us check in early which was awesome of them. We were traveling with friends so the hotel accommodated us with adjoining rooms. The pool was very big and clean, with a separate kids pool and jacuzzi as well. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. The bathroom was nice however our toilet did not work very well which I was not happy with. They do not have free breakfast so that was a bummer but only a small drawback. Over all I had a great stay!

Missing A Lot

Posted Apr 6, 2015
Cons: Most everything. Very outdated.
There was no liner for the shower curtain and no liner for the curtain to the patio. The room was extremely dark, but if you opened the drape, there was no liner so people could see right in. The doors are extremely heavy so you could hear everyone going in and out of the room all night long. We arrived on Thursday and there were hardly any guests throughout the weekend, although there were more on Friday and Saturday. We were given a room with a patio facing the parking lot and the building next door. I don't know why were weren't offered something with a better view. I could have asked to have all these things make better, but figured I just wouldn't stay there again. No wi-fi or continental breakfast which is unheard of anymore. The Vista Garden a few doors down would be a much better choice.

Clean, but remodeling long overdue.

For a premium price we got worn-down rooms and almost no service or amenities. Rooms were clean though.

Mediocre Hotel for the Price

Posted Mar 17, 2015
Pros: The pool area was quite nice, the spa and pool were very large, able to accommodate a large number of people.
Cons: Staff needs to be more accommodating to their guests,if they request items like more towels or garment bags, get it for them without attitude.
Location: Location was fine, was within walking distance of restaurants.
Changed to three different rooms in two days, very inconvenient, staff made no attempt to comp any portion of our stay for the inconvenience of having to change rooms so frequently.
