Lost in a 70's time warp!

Posted Jul 27, 2015
Pros: The view.
Cons: Really, everything except the view. That couldn't be improved!
Location: The location was fine. We were there to see the "America Band" concert at Agua Caliente. That is where we always stay, but it was full.
The hotel is VERY old and not at all updated. . The TV was old, the curtains were dirty and the carpet dirty, stained and stretched out. The price was $60 and an extra $20 for the resort fee...not sure what that was. But, getting it for that price helped to overlook a little of it. The pool and view were beautiful, so that made up for some of the uncleanliness and oldness of the hotel. I would stay in it again if it ever gets refurbished, but I wouldn't suggest it to a friend in the condition it is in right now!

Desert princess family get away

Posted Jul 27, 2015
Place is going under construction. They didn't check my family in for both weekend days and they were locked out of their rooms. But the loved the grounds.

We did not feel like princesses

Posted Jul 26, 2015
Three words: old, creepy, disceiving. Felt like we were in an 80s horror movie. The hotel is under construction and makes finding the check in really confusing. The only decent part of the hotel was the pool, but otherwise it is not worth the money.

Disappointed to say the least!

Posted Jul 21, 2015
Pros: We've stayed several times but we won't ever again!!! Room looked like it hadn't been vacumed in months! Dust bunnies everywhere!
Cons: Vacume the floor! Dust bunnies all along the wall carpet! Upgrade the television! Gift shop closed! The lounge/bar was closed. The pool bar was closed
Location: We go to the nearby casino and restaurants.
Major construction everywhere!!! We were not told about the construction when booking! No amenities were open but still charged $22 resort fee! What a joke!!! Not a resort, but a construction zone!!! Need a hard hat to stay there! Inside lounge/bar closed! Gift shop closed! I wanted to have them mail a postcard but was told to drive to the post office! Pool bar was closed! Should not be charged a resort fee!!! Place was a mess and noisy! Room was dirty!

The whole place is under construction. We referred to it as a "war zone".

Horrible experience

Posted Jul 20, 2015
This hotel was absolutely terrible. The weather wasn't so great this pat weekend so the hotel should have accommodated us as a guest the bed was terrible and the sheets didn't fit. Water pressure terrible. This hotel should not be labeled as a resort. None of the guest should have had to pay a "resort fee" this past weekend. Also the were doing construction in the middle of summer

4days

This place looked like a scene from the Shining. Dusty and old. Beds were horribly uncomfortable. Decore was beyond outdated. We ordered pillows and got them an hour later. Just bad service all the way around

Outdated

Serious need of updating. Large property. Pool area nice. Food expensive and not good.
