Pros: Water never got hot, this was really hard for us to stay 2 nights especially to take shower.
Cons: We requested hotel staff to fix it, they said they will send repair man, but never came...
Location: Location is great, room is clean, so just really disapointed about the water issue.

If you were born after 1980 you can not appreciate the late 70's style of the room we stayed in. Totally took be back to my high school days. I loved it. The condo was clean and had 2 bedrooms and 2 baths. Fully stocked kitchen with everything you would need. We will be back. Some of the condos have been updated. But I liked the 70's style.

Cons: THE MAID SERVICE .. check out yelp and other reviews - I should have done that first. THEY ARE THE RUDEST. Motel 6 has better customer service.
Location: in the heart of the rich and famous neighborhood - great for walks, 10 minutes from town, 10 minutes from Tahquitz Canyon and quiet. Again RUDE STAFF
This would have been a positive review. The Manager was pleasant, informative and helpful. We enjoyed our stay, loved Palm Springs. I came there as a judge for the World Championship Chili Cookoffs so part of the stay was "work" related for me. We saw and did some many things that we enjoyed, including the location of the facility but then came check out day. I was delayed at a breakfast so was late back to the room to check out. Unfortunately one of my party was sick and we had left him in the room, with the intention of bringing something back to help him make his trip home. 11:05 they knocked on the door, rang the bell, didn't wait for a response and let them selves in demanding us to leave immediately. Our party called us so we dropped everything rushed back and in the 10 minutes it took to get there the maid entered again while the party was in the bathroom, demanded to know what time we would check out. While we gathered our belongings we proceeded to get 3 more phone calls from the staff. (Check in to this TIME SHARE is 4 p.m. to 5 p.m.) There are not a lot of rooms there - small property. They also called my home number demanding to know when we were leaving, and when I complained to the desk for the rude and inconsiderate behavior I was told "We have two bedrooms to clean ... it takes time." I responded that the rude continual harassment was not necessary and she said she was not harassing us. Really?
