Very big space

Posted Sep 24, 2014
Pros: For a hotel with mini kitchen, leather sofa, big room and big restroom with a dining table? i could not ask for more.
Location: At the heart of la Quinta...PGA West and fine dining restaurants. Gold courses and more golf courses.
Well, what can I say? I just have to stay here only for one night and I was amazed when I open the room...not a typical hotel room. Very nice and very clean. I am thinking of returning here in La Quinta and I won't hesitate to stay here again.

Excellent hotel

Posted Sep 15, 2014
We stayed in this hotel during off-peak season and thought it represented excellent value for money. The staff were very friendly, the inclusive breakfast was excellent, the gym was well equipped, the rooms spacious, clean and comfortable, and the location very convenient. I would happily recommend this hotel.

Great Get Away!

Posted Sep 7, 2014
Pros: Beautiful facility! All the amenities you could want. Beautiful location! Awesome staff! Great value!
Cons: Nothing! They have it all!
Location: Excellent location. Tucked away in the old, revised part of town at the base of the mountains. Very relaxing. Less than 20min from Palm Springs!
Best hotel experience that we've ever had! Non stop smiles and courtesy from the staff. Great breakfast buffet! Wife loved the FREE unlimited cocktails from 5-7pm every evening at the restaurant. Beautiful view from our balcony! Beautiful hotel! Awesome old town area one block from hotel!

Relaxing and pleasant

Pros: The cooked to order breakfast which was included in our stay was great! The rooms were kept immaculate. Great amenities also.
Cons: It was close to near perfect.
Location: Indian Wells tennis garden is close by. Also be sure to take the Ariel Tram in Palm Springs. Its 2 hours away from Los Angeles.
The check in process was quick and efficient. The staff were all friendly and always asked if there was any thing more they could do to enhance our stay.

Good price

Pros: the spacious home feel rooms, the free breakfast buffet, the free happy hour, and that it's very family oriented.
Cons: They should offer movies by the pool specially on a holiday weekend. They should have a staff at the pool area to serve you food and drinks.
Location: the location is adorable and they have restaurants near by. They have bowling, lazertag, movies, parks all within miles to the hotel.
This was my first time staying at an Embassy Suites and my first impression wasn't the best. The pool area is smaller than the way you see it on the website and I wished that they had more to offer as evening pool movies or a staff at the pool area for food and drink service. The reception staff need more training in customer service. The room was very spacious, but the front door didn't close properly and the fridge wasn't working they did fix the fridge but the door was a bigger job so it didn't get done. On a brighter note I do have to say that the free breakfast was excellent. It's a full buffet for free and when it's a family of five it's a deal! They also offer two hours of free happy hour daily which if you like to enjoy a cocktail or two it's wonderful because you will save a lot. I would definitely stay again if I go with my children because it's very family oriented, but if you are looking for a more of a upscale party scene then this is not your place.
