Only bad thing to say is that it looked like they were working on a couple of rooms and they had a mess in the hallways that that could have been vacuumed up but hotel emplyees just kept walking by it. When they finally did vacuum it up they did a bad job. But otherwise it was a nice place and we would stay there again. Mess did not bother us but we both remarked that hopefully other people would not let it bother them also

The hotel was in renovation so it was a bit disappointing. The bed was not comfortable; however, the pillows were fabulous.

Pros: Continental breakfast and near a ton of shopping.
Overall, we had a very good experience with the hotel. The only problem was a knock on our door and having the desk clerk say he was contacting everyone in the area about a complaint from the floor below for "stomping." Yes, we heard someone (kids?) running down the hallway earlier, but to contact a large group of rooms because of this? Luckily we weren't asleep yet and this didn't cause too much trouble.

Pros: The Staff was excellent The employee at the front dest was great. He was very accomodating
Cons: You should have fans in the bathroom

We had a nice stay. The front desk clerk Troy was a delight, always a smile on his face. However I was not informed that the hotel was being remodeled. A few of the doors from the parking lot did not open from the outside, so we had to walk all the way around the property to come in the main enterance and our key card did not work on the first try. We did not have a microwave or fridge in the room and theTV remote did not work. I called the front desk and reported the remote not working. Maintenance came up in 10 minutes and brought us a new one which also didn't work. He was back in 5 minutes with one that did work. I think once the remodel is done I would stay there again.

The property is undergoing a lot of construction upgrades at the moment and they are trying their (Nov 2013) and management is trying their best to make it seamless for guests. The rating "2" reflects the condition of the grounds.

the property was being redecorated and my room was not finished and should not have been occupied. 1. phone did not work 2. bathroom fixtures not properly connected 3. No heat 4. no extra blanket 5. fire safety door propped open at night
