Living in hell

Posted Jul 7, 2014
They fiorgot to tell us that they were blasting (terrible) music at the pool everyday until 5. Then started again at 8 till 2 inside (but you can hear it all over hotel). I mean ive worked in clubs for years, so i get good music and a party...but to blast techno full volume in a pool area with less than ten people...go figure???

Party

Posted Jul 7, 2014
The crowd is definatly for a younger crowd. The pool was a party during the day & the lobby a club at night. I had a blast and loved it.

Great service/location, ok pool.

Posted Jul 5, 2014
Pros: Service, location, rooms.
Cons: Pool and food options.
Location: Restaurants, street fairs, shopping.
Great service from the valet to the front desk to the bellhop. Room was nice - comfortable beds and nice shower/amenities. Loved that wifi was included. Location is also super convenient in the heart of palm springs. The pool wasn't super impressive to me compared to other hotels though, and the pool bar didn't even have a drink menu (very limited food menu). Restaurant seemed barely open when we were there. I'm sure on weekends the pool gets crazy and not so relaxing.

Quiet and Comfortable rooms unless?

Posted Jul 2, 2014
The Hardeock Palm Springs is a great place to stay unless they are having a "splash house party" I have stayed there several times but a couple of weeks ago they had a music festival party and the hotel turned into a raucous fraternity house with non stop noise .,, when I complained to the management they were not Sympathetic and said that I should have looked on their event calendar myself before booking the hotel.

Very nice hotel and great location in downtown Palm Springs. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Hotel could probably be a bit cleaner with more staff

Came here with my boyfriend for a 2 day getaway on a Tuesday. Hotel was pretty quiet during this time but there was still people. Staff was great, got drinks from the pool bar, room was nice, big, and clean. No complains at all.

What a great place to stay!

Posted Jun 22, 2014
Pros: The service, our room, the pool & staff. great place to stay mid-week for families.
Cons: Restaurant food.
Location: great location in Palm Springs with lots to see and do, or simply relax.
We were pleasantly surprised by this gem in the desert. Excellent, friendly service from the moment you pull to check in. The staff goes out of their way to make your stay a great experience. The pool and surrounding area was immaculate as was our room. Our only disappointment was with the food in the restaurant. The service was great but the food was not as we ordered it and kitchen staff lacks knowledge of the English language. The rest of our stay was definitely enjoyable. We will stay there again!

Pros: I loved the comfortable and clean room. The balcony was nice.
Cons: The elevator was a little slow and it didn't seem to be air conditioned properly
Location: The location was perfect. Right in the middle of the most popular area of Palm Canyon Dr. There are restaurants and shops with in walking distance.
From the outside you wouldn't expect it to be a Hard Rock Hotel. It looks like offices or something. The facility does not have the option to self park, it's valet only. But that didn't turn out to be a problem. The rooms are beautiful and very clean with top of the line linens and toiletries. The pool is beautiful. The colors are pleasing to the eye. But it does close earlier than most hotels. I think due to the events they have poolside. Oh and the pool is only 3 feet deep. But that's kind of cool.
