Highly recommend

We only had one night here on our way to LA. Check in was straight forward and staff welcoming. Our room was lovely. Usually we are super budget travelers since we don't spend a lot of time in our room. Glad we paid a bit more for this room. It was clean and beds and pillows really comfortable. Dined in the restaurant which modern and had a great menu. Over all would highly recommend

A little pricey for me, but very nice.

Our room was beautiful! Clean and spacious. Looked right over the pool. Restaurant downstairs was amazing, and the staff as well. Food was very good and didn't break the bank.

Music was horrible

Posted Oct 6, 2014
Music was not hard rock at all. Horrible. There's more to music than a bass drum.. Went on way too long, past 2:30am. Way too noisy. Left a day early even though we prepaid. Hotel sucks. No guitars to rent, way lower caliber than Las Vegas and even San Diego.

Great location

Posted Sep 29, 2014
Pros: location and room
Cons: staff can ask guest not to smoke weed.
The room was very roomy and comfortable and the hotel is located in a perfect location just walking distance from downtown. The staff was very nice and attentive. The only reason I didn't give this hotel a better score is because both of our neighbors were smoking weed all through the day and night. I understand the drinking and the laud music, but I really don't want to be stuck in a room that smells like pot.

Great trendy place to stay.

From the moment you walk in, you feel the rocker vibe in the decor. The pool and the staff were amazing! I highly recommend this place for young adults and couples who want to experience a great party. Everything is within walking distance so you can ditch your car at the hotel.

We tried checking in at 3:55pm on a Saturday, we were told our room wasn't ready and waited until 5:00pm before getting the ok.

A friendly gesture and smile goes along way.

I love this hotel and it is my first choice when visiting Palm springs. The rooms are awesome and I can walk everywhere. Drew checked us in and he was awesome. Very personable and I liked him enuf to remember his name. Karen the room service attendant was super sweet. Her interior matched exterior, beautiful!!. Blake the barback and Tracy the bartender rocked it. They were amazing. Very inviting and friendly. The only downside was at checkout. Something told to just leave but I thought as a courtesy, that I would let the front desk know. Big mistake. I said good morning, no reciprocation given. I informed the guy that we were out of the room , he looked to other guy and said "206" the other guy said "what". It was thoroughly confusing. Maybe they were joking or had their own code. I don't know but I do know that I felt it was rude. No "thank you for staying with us" or " have a good day" maybe in their minds they were above such trivial statements. Who knows. I will still stay at hard rock but next time go right past front desk when checking out. Everyone else and everything else was so awesome, I won't let it ruin the overall experience.
