Property was good. There was a guest jumping, stomping and slamming the sliding door open and closed above us after 10pm. It only got worse after we called the front desk to complain.

Parking lot is big, but this creates a hidden issue - large RV can park. That's happen in my case, and they didn't stop the engine which worked all night. Room AC is loud, so either noise, or hot night.

This was a good place for us to stay with our dog for two nights. The room was a good size, had a great shower head, comfortable bed and decent breakfast.

Close to El Paseo without El Paseo prices. Good accommodation and friendly staff. Includes breakfast, which is not the greatest, but that’s to be expected. Otherwise, great value.

Great stay at Holiday Inn Express in Palm Desert ! It was a golf vacation , good location easy to Uber to the golf course, easy walk to many restaurants and stores. Staff was great ! From front desk to breakfast ladies to cleaning ladies. I had a short conversation with a manager about the bus system and he was very helpful. If you get a pool view just overlook the electrical station and you have an amazing mountain view !
