Average rate for hotel. Very convenient location. Excellent maintenance staff - very noisy. Air conditioning unit replaced with brand new unit in 30 minutes. Staff just ok. Excellent breakfast. Nice oil and deck chair arrangement.

Excellent choice for comfort and valuePosted Mar 29, 2015
Pros: The pool is quiet and secluded and there are many tables and chairs outside for pleasant mornings and evenings.
Cons: Having eggs made to order would be a huge improvement.
This was the third time for us at this hotel, which is on the border between Palm Desert and Indian Wells. The hotel is not a full-service establishment, as it does not have a bar or a restaurant, though it does provide a full breakfast as part of the room rate. Three good restaurants and two major supermarkets are within walking distance, and it is a short ride to most of the attractions in the California desert towns. Leaving New York during a snow storm and arriving in a flower-laden paradise cannot be beat.

One night stayPosted Mar 26, 2015
Pros: Good Location, great breakfast and nice access to computer and printer.
Cons: It was fine, the lost and found experience wasn't great.
Location: It is close to El Paseo, College of the Desert, great swap meet on the weekends, and lots of golf courses.
I always have to stay in the desert for work, usually at least once a month. Experience here was pleasant and I slept well. I reported a lost bracelet, just in case I lost it there, not really sure. Front desk clerk was quite unpleasant about looking for it. I doubt she even entered it in the computer in the event someone would turn it in. I went back and asked her again and she did enter something and allowed me to give her my phone number in case it turned up.

Close to Indian Wells tennis gardenPosted Mar 24, 2015
Pros: Location, breakfast, complimentary shuttle to tennis tournament
Cons: Room needed better blackout curtains and the floor above my 2nd floor room "creaked" when anyone walked. Ice maker on my wing was broken.
Location: I was there for tennis only. There is a Starbucks, Ruth Chris, Panda Express, Del Taco, Johns, and a variety of other places to eat.
I stayed for 4 nights and booked here based on location and complimentary shuttle to the BNP Paribas Pro Tennis tournament. It was within walking distance of grocery stores, El Paseo Drive, and restaurants. The pool area was small but just fine for relaxing for an hour occasionally. The complimentary hot breakfast was good and fresh. Coffee was actually decent as well. Onsite tennis court was convenient for warming up before heading to tennis garden

Handy to tennis at Indian Wells. Good clean hotel.Posted Mar 18, 2015
Room had microwave, fridge with small freezer which was a bonus. Breakfasts had great variety to suit all tastes. Free breakfasts can often mean every man for himself but i found it to be orderly and well organised hete where no-one missed out. Free shuttle service to and from Indian Wells Tennis Ctr. Grocery store Albertsons across road for everything, plus the great Togos Sandwiches and Starbucks.
