“Fit For The Hollywood Stars!”

Hello Folks, The hotel is fabulous. It has it all. There is a large lobby with a computer/fax business center, tourist information pamphlets. The atrium gives the dining room ambiance. You can stand on the interior balcony or eat in the main dining room and watch the elevator. It has a glass side so that you can see who is coming and going. There is a fire place about ten feet long inserted into the bar wall. This hotel has fountains, outdoor bar and lots of seating at the front of the hotel. The amenities include a full spa in your own private suite. This is fit for the stars! If you choose you can order at the main restaurant and eat poolside or out in the front garden. Music is piped in during waking hours in both areas. There is a bar close to the pool so that you can buy juice, and drinks. There are huge pillbox lounges with pillows for the guest in the bungalow area – which makes this a rare jewel. It has many guest bathrooms for the bar and pool /Jacuzzi area. The security here is top notch. The white ginger shampoo is to die for. They did a great job with this place and I highly recommend that you try it. I plan on returning soon. Sincerely, Satifisfied Guest

“Place of Choice”

We spent two nights at the hotel and had a WONDERFUL stay. The staff was professional and friendly and went out of their way to make us feel 'at home'. Kudo's go out to the bartender, Michael. He was GREAT! Location was perfect...in the middle of all the action. We will definitely make that our 'Place of Choice in Palm Springs'.

“Great Hotel”

Beautiful design, large suites with great marble bathrooms, big furnished terrace with view of mountain, Great beds! Wonderful staff and could not be more helpful to us. Walking distance to everything, you can keep the car in the garage. Love the pool terrace, very glamourous. Told the hotel was just renovated last year and it shows. Great modern look and feel. And best location, right on the main street.

“Will go back to the hotel again”

We were very happy about the hotel and will definitely go back to the hotel in the future. However, I would like to mention that the hotel clerk charged me again for the hotel at check-out. I explained to the clerk that I have already paid to Expedia, but she insisted that Expedia booked the hotel, but did not pay for it. I asked her to call Expedia, but she gave me the # to call. Since I did not have the printout from Expedia, I called my credit card company to verify that Expedia had already charged me for the hotel. I had to wait a long time before I could hand over my cell phone to another clerk to verify the payment. They finally credited my credit card without any apology. Maybe the clerk is new and inexperienced, so this incident will not affect my overall satisfaction with the hotel.

“Perfect Accomodations w/ great service”

I stayed here 5 nights. The room was beautiful and set up tastefully and practical. It's a room you don't mind hanging out in. Seperate living room w/tv and bedroom w/tv and roomy private balcony w/views. I asked for a top floor w/mountain view suite and Jenfier was very accomodating. But all the rooms have a nice view. Pool was fun to hang at day and night. The lounge/bar was fun to hang in too. This Hyatt is within walking distance of everything in town. Rented a car noon to noon (which I wanted it from AM to PM) When inquiring about hotel parking fees for the car I didn't want overnight, they waived the parking fee. This hotel staff goes out of their way to make your stay great. Including late check out since my plane didn't leave til eve. Jenifer's awsome again. All in all, very quiet, roomy, tasteful comtemporary style, super comfortable and one of the best hotel rooms I've stayed in. And one of the best hotel experiences all in all.

“"No need for your car"”

We have stayed at several different hotels in Palm Springs and the Hyatt is the only one we have returned to. The Hyatt is the most centrally located. The staff is very helpful and kind. Once we parked our car, we never needed it. There are many places to eat and shop within walking distance.

“Great Hotel”

We enjoyed our stay immensly. The hotel personnel went out of the way to make sure we were taken care of. One of the Bell guys, (I believe his name was TJ) remembered us everytime we came into the lobby and greeted us by name. He was like a personal attendant, answering our questions, and even finding ice cream for a late night craving. Thanks to the staff of the Hyatt Regency.

“Great location and room, not so great pool.”

Our hotel room was awesome. We had a great view of the downtown area and we were in walking distance to great shops and restaurants. The only drawback to this hotel was the pool. The pool was way too small and very overcrowded. We couldn't get any lounge chairs near the water. When we did go in the pool it was cloudy and extremely salty. Again, the hotel room was awesome, but if you want a good "pool experience" (who doesn't in Palm Springs?) then you may want to rethink this place.

“What a pleasant hotel to stay at!”

We booked our trip through Expedia and we were so pleased with our hotel stay. The staff is extremely friendly, valet car service always more than ready to help, they all knew directions to get to anywhere. The rooms were fantastic! Very clean, air conditioning in perfect working order, our king sized bed embraced us like a big fluffy pillow at night, and while we were gone for the day, our rooms would be totally cleaned and refreshed. Front desk had no problem putting our grown children in a room right beside us. The pool was very welcoming with cool chill lounge music all day. The bar, always stacked and oh, before I forget, there is happy hour with drinks and appetizers from 5-7 pm. They have a great fitness room with lots of weights and machines that my boys used every morning, and even offered clean cool towels for after your work out! The restaurant has great menu options and decent pricing. We were so impressed, that when we make our next visit to Palm Springs, which will be soon, it will be at the Hyatt Regency Suites. Well done!
