I had blood stain on 2 spots on our bed sheet. So disgusting. Had to call front desk and talk to supervisor immediately. This was my second trip to this hotel which I booked accidently and didn't know its the same location hotel till I got there. First time were there had bed bugs bits on my body when i woke up in the morning and there was no way I would go back to there again. But unfortunately when I was booking didn't know its the same location. First time I didn't make a review but so unfair to be in the same hotel twice and both time have a horrible experience. You pay good to have a good hotel and accommodation but was so disappointing. Please watch out! Will make sure never go back there ever!

Room needs redo
The golf course was beautiful and the people who ran it were super nice but the room I had itself was old and very 70s. The mattress was bent and the bathroom was a handicap bathroom. Overall, I was disappointed with the room.

Not worth the hype!
Wasn’t worth the hype! Hotel was very clean rooms were great (large size) nice view of golf course! Been trying to go here for a couple years but just didn’t want to pay the hefty nightly price! Finally got a decent deal because it was a Monday and they are undergoing large renovations. Besides the pool there is NOTHING to do at the resort! Bar area felt like a convention room! Pool was fun for kids but not as extravagant as they make it out to be online! Not sure I’d rush back to this one. Staff were great!

We had an amazing family vacation - everyone was very nice and helpful, the room was beautiful, comfortable and clean. The pools were clean, heated and my kids had so much fun. We will definitely be back!
