Cheap 'n easy

Pros: Cheap!
Cons: Bathroom was dated and caulk was peeling and turning black. No air circulation in the bathroom whatsoever and it got strangely hot in there...
Location: Not far to Palm Desert, Palm Springs
Easy check-in, comfortable beds. Not much going on in the town that we found, but some restaurants within walking distance. Homeless guys sleeping along the curb a block down from the motel. Awesome Latin grocery store walking distance.

My room was nice and clean. The only problem was they requested a deposit even though the room was paid for in advance. Reluctantly we left a small cash deposit. Otherwise the hotel was a basic clean room.

Super 8 Indio stay

Pros: Staff tried to accomodate
Cons: I hate the fact that they hold your credit card for incidentals. You are soaking $$$ into a slush fund to earn interest off cardhoholders
We had two separate rooms. In both rooms the blankets and bed covers were dirty. The blankets and sheets had holes in them The towels had stains on them. In one room the toilet ran, drained the tank then ran again to fill it up......all night. Won't stay again

Very unclean, towels dirty and one day we weren't given fresh ones. Old and dingy, desk and end tables were sticky.

Don't waste your money!

We had power outages daily. Electrical outlets didn't work. The bedding was beyond disgusting and the noise was out of control!

Terrible place

Cons: You should change your rules. And make all the amenities work efficient.
Location: close to the stores.
I won't recommend this place to my friends. It's not a pleasant place to stay. The amenities are not working well. They have many strict rules. When I checked In they asked me for my credit card for deposit and I've been told they will refund my money when I check out and I checked out yesterday and I asked for my deposit they said I have to wait for 5 days they will put back into my credit card and they said If I don't get it in 5 days I have to call them. I'm so disappointed. I'm not going back to this place never ever. My rating of this place is terrible. 1 out of 10.

Terrible Hotel in the desert

The Hotel will not cancel reservation even five minutes after payment goes through. If you accidently purchase wrong date they dont care. Once your monney is in their pocket they dont care about the service they provide

Checked in late after volunteering 10 hours at a local free medical clinic. We were tired and ready for bed. The staff checked us in quickly and we were asleep with a half hour of arrival. I sill definitely book here for next year's clinic!
