Terrible place

Pros: None .
Cons: You should change your rules. And make all the amenities work efficient.
Location: close to the stores.
I won't recommend this place to my friends. It's not a pleasant place to stay. The amenities are not working well. They have many strict rules. When I checked In they asked me for my credit card for deposit and I've been told they will refund my money when I check out and I checked out yesterday and I asked for my deposit they said I have to wait for 5 days they will put back into my credit card and they said If I don't get it in 5 days I have to call them. I'm so disappointed. I'm not going back to this place never ever. My rating of this place is terrible. 1 out of 10.

Terrible Hotel in the desert

The Hotel will not cancel reservation even five minutes after payment goes through. If you accidently purchase wrong date they dont care. Once your monney is in their pocket they dont care about the service they provide

Checked in late after volunteering 10 hours at a local free medical clinic. We were tired and ready for bed. The staff checked us in quickly and we were asleep with a half hour of arrival. I sill definitely book here for next year's clinic!

Great location, close to lots of good restaurants and shopping a short drive away Lots of golf courses around this area

Economical stay.

Fine hotel with basic amenities. Comfortable beds. Shower in need of re-tiling, and toilet ran all night. AC worked great. Free breakfast.

Mala experiencia

Pros: El precio
Cons: La limpieza y que sea remodelado.
Location: Hay muchos servicios, pero el problema de la zona es que es 100% comercial, y de noche no hay vida en las calles, muy inseguro.
El baño tenía un olor como a queso de cabra, las toallas son muy pequeñas, la zona donde está ubicado el hotel no es muy segura por la noche.

Pros: Location to the Indian Wells Tennis Tournament !
Cons: Fire staff and re=do the entire hotel
Location: Not much to do there !
The rooms were old . The TV looked like an old tube TV. The sink leaked water every time your turned the faucet on. The in-room safe didn't have enough batteries and therefore didn't work. The maids just made the bed and didn't vacuum. The whole atmosphere felt like " laziness" ! The staff demanded our credit cards , even though the rooms were paid for. Staff were not friendly . The continental breakfast was awful. Cereal , coffee and a tony cinnamon bun. The milk tasted like powdered milk

We have 24 front desk so guest can be serviced by our staff. We do courtesy call and as we are unable research for lack of information, next time help us help you and others. Even Though room was booked by Expedia we like all the hotel require ID and Credit card at the check in for the security of the guest and others staying at the hotel. All incidentals, if any are charged to guest credit cards. You can trust that no other charges is incurred to your credit card if no damage/s is found upon check out. Please contact us any time if you find unexplained charges to your credit card in favor of our hotel. Thank you for staying at Indio Super 8.

The hotel is just in need of a total remodel. It looked like they had painted recently, but the furniture, T.V. everything needs to be replaced with new. The carpets are so dirty my socks were black after wearing them in the room, GROSS! Keep your shoes on!

Regrets staying at this hotel .not friendly staff.not clean enough .outdated tv didn't work.
