Went from poor to worse....

Pros: The front desk staff.
Cons: Ice machine...cumm on...how hard is that?
Location: Lots of good restaurants in the area.
...on the plus side the room was very clean and the front desk staff was fine BUT the "so-called" breakfast is a joke. The juice machine was broken. Pop waffles are it. Worst of all was the ice machine...NOT! The lady said the manager was not going to fix it because too many guests abused the ice machine. Buy your own ice there if you want to stay there.

Was a bit disappointed about our room it was more like a cave bottom floor down a dark hall, had to have lights on during the day, no natural light. There were cigarette butts right outside our door and the pool was very small. Breakfast in the a.m. was nice and free wi fi.

Dear Guest: Ethically we all needs to be responsible for our action. We find that guest resorts to bad review when they have done some thing unethical like missing items like towels or damages like stain towels etc. Hope your frustration has nothing to do with those incidents. Our front desk supervisor reached out to you yesterday 4/29 to resolve issues if they are at our end.

Disappointing hotel for the price

Cons: Lots of things
The rooms weren't very clean, lack of towels in room & they weren't replaced. No pool towels. Breakfast was ok but you sit right in the lobby.

Our breakfast is consistent with all Super 8 and better than any other economy hotel in town. It includes a choice of Juice, Cereal, Hot Chocolate, coffee or team, waffles, Cinnamon roles and fresh fruit. Our Head Housekeeper supervises all the rooms and we do a courtesy call to make sure our guests are satisfied with the room. We also have Mini suites and Suites that you may want to try during your next trip.

this hotel is pretty dumpy, and for the money defi

Pros: not much
Cons: bathrooms, noise, overall appearance, staff training
Location: downtown
stayed only 1 night. Noisy rooms, where you can hear the neighbours cough as well as the all-night long airco. bathrooms are sub-standard, the beds OK, rest is a dump. do not recommend this.

We have lots of our guest say we are in a quite area and there is no railway noise or fair ground next door. unless the guest is a smoker and keeps his door open there no chance of hearing the noise. We do not allow smoking. We apologies for inconvenience. we request other guest to lets us know there concern when do curtsy calls so we can witness what guest witness and we can do something about it.

Thank you for your review. Yes we do have three types of rooms. Our standard rooms are remolded and have refrigerators, Deluxe rooms have breakfast counter with Microwave and this year has new furniture and suites are brand new with Kitchenette and private patio. We offer free WiFi and Breakfast that is superior. Two cereals, juices, cinnamon role, waffle, bread, tea, coffee, hot chocolate and fresh fruit. We are the only hotel that has elevator for guest convenience.

Very disappointing stay.

Cons: Everything. Old bed, old pillows, nasty breakfast.
Location: Don't stay.
The room stank with paint. The bed and blanket super old.

Thank you for your review. All beds in all rooms at Indio Super 8 & Suites are new. We have not painted any rooms recently. We do conduct courtesy calls and if guest reported any dis comfort, we would visit their room and help to make their stay comfortable. We do take pride in providing best value to our guest by updating furniture and fixtures, having elevator, providing Free Super 8, 8 item breakfast and WiFi.

Convenient and affordable

Pros: All was great. It was nice to have a continental breakfast available upon departure.
Cons: Organize the office/check in area so surfaces are cleared of clutter. Have shower caps available.
Location: Golfing, dining, Tennis, Hiking
All went well. The office was a little messy upon arrival.

Ok for the price.

Stayed here for the date festival. The beds were a little hard, there were stains on the headboard and walls and the room smelled funny. But it was cheap and we just needed a place to sleep for a few hours. Jasmine from the front desk was very nice and got us in our room right away. Breakfast was cereal and danish, could use more variety.

Our breakfast should include Super 8 8 point breakfast which includes: Waffles, 2 type of cereal, juices, white and Brown bread, Super8 signature Cinnamon rolls, etc.All our beds are new and are pillow top. Thank you for your review. We have three types of rooms: standard, Mini suites and Suites. Our Standard rooms have about 3-4 years old tv's, renovated rooms 2 years ago with new paint, carpets, travertine tiles, granite vanity. Exterior is brand new with elevators to serve our guests.
