Great location not to far, and too close either.

Nice hotel close to Fantasy Springs Casino.

Posted Apr 8, 2014
Pros: Mini fridge & microwave.
Cons: Water pressure in the shower & coffee makers in the rooms.
Location: Fantasy Springs Casino, Starbucks, & various stores/food places are less than 5 miles away depending which direction you travel.
My boyfriend & I were pleasantly surprised with our room. Close enough to casinos, restaurants, etc. We also liked that the rooms have a mini fridge & a microwave. Will definitely be staying there again whenever we visit.

Pros: It had a refrigerator and microwave, which we did not use. The location was convenient.
Cons: It needs a remodeling. Buy some better towels. There were only three really flat pillows. We had to fold the pillows to sleep. Fix the ac.
Location: Great location.
The air conditioner in the room next to us made so much noise coming on and off that it kept us awake all night. The towels were so thin that they were hard to use after showering. The pillows were very thin. We had to fold them to sleep. The curtain would not stay closed; luckily, we had a paper clip and was able to get it together enough for privacy.

The place is a little run down, but clean. The staff is friendly. Nothing fancy.

Convenient location to Indian Wells Tennis Garden

Posted Mar 17, 2014
Pros: Location to La Quinta (the city) and the Indian Wells Tennis Garden.
Cons: The TV reception. The wireless connectivity. The continental breakfast - perhaps offer more options. New carpet.
Location: It was easy to get to, off the Highway 111, which is actually like a 6-lane main road. Lots of restaurants just a few minutes away.
The hotel is very average and dated. The room was clean, and the beds were comfortable. My dad disliked the TV reception as some channels had static. How does that happen nowadays? The hair dryer was low and slow with only one level, so it took me twice as long as usual to dry my hair. The refrigerator in room was clean and able to hold more than a bottle of water. The continental breakfast was limited to boxed items (cereal, instant oatmeal, bread for toast, and packaged pastries) and apples or oranges. They didn't have enough bananas for everyone that morning. The next morning we skipped their breakfast and ate at IHOP. There were no bed bugs or roaches. The staff was kind, and accomodated our request for more towels and pillows. Overall, it was a solid 3. I would only stay here again though if there were no other hotels available in the same price range.

Would never return.

Pros: Close location to Indian Wells Tennis Garden.
Cons: This hotel needs a total makeover. New bedding, curtains and paint. Needs to be gutted and remodeled.
Location: Indian Wells Tennis Tournament.
Very broken down. Very loud and woken up by other people multiple times per night being very loud right outside our room. When we arrived someone was passed out on the ground a few doors from our room. TV reception was very snowy. Walls need paint and stairs broken down. Breadspreads are so old and ratty. Would never stay again or recommend it.

Not a place to stay.

Pros: in room fridge and mircowave. free coffee was nice.
check in was easy. staff didnt seem interested or friendly. the overall room was clean,it did have a few issues. the bed had dirt or crumbs around box spring edges.( i like to look for bed bugs), the coffee pot was dirty and the old filter still in there. Now for the bad.the room was above the front desk.ALL NIGHT LONG there was this humming noise and what sounded like shoes in a dryer in the wall. it would go and stop and go and stop. maybe it was a noisy water heater? dont know and dont care cause i will never stay there again. for the price 94 dollars. no! go some where else. also i got in late. no parking. if i didnt double park. i would of had to park around back.my room was in the very front.and it was a 300 room motel so it wasnt small.
