JW Marriott Desert Springs Resort & Spa is home to two championship 18-hole, Ted Robinson-designed golf courses—the Palm and Valley courses—as well as an 18-hole putting course. Golf clinics (surcharge) and a pro shop are available and golf carts have onboard computers displaying graphic layouts of each hole. The lawn-and-tennis club provides 20 clay, grass, and hard-surface courts. Basketball courts, lawn croquet, bicycle rentals, and organized jogging are among other activities. Tennis clinics (surcharge) are also available.
The Spa at Desert Springs, the on-site 28-room full-service spa, offers private treatment rooms with individualized music and temperature controls, and a full roster of services including massage, scrubs, wraps, anti-aging, facials, waxing, and beauty treatments.
