Excellent hotel with very spacious rooms and a great restaurant attached. The woman who checked us in was incredibly personable and made sure we were well taken care of.

Everything about the property, ambiance, cleanliness, size, and quietness: I wish we had booked our trip for the entire time there. The other two we had in town were ok, but this property had charm, character, and everything else.

We had wonderful stay at Los Arboles Hotel in Palm Springs. Clean, comfortable, cozy, and convenient, it is a lovely place tucked away from the main road with a delightful pool and an excellent Mexican Restaurant attached. We hope to return for a longer stay.

This was our second time staying here. First time was good. This time, check in is at 3:00 and we arrived at 2:43. The girl sounded like a robot, like she was reciting the rules. Check in is 3:00 and she would call us when our room was ready. She called at 3:30. The room she gave us was right next to the pool. There were some inebriated people who were very loud and playing music. Two of the people were not even staying at the hotel, as they left and said goodbye to their friends later on. After ruining our evening. There needs to be more rules and supervision at the pool. It was very annoying. The room was nice, but just noisy from the pool area. Don’t think we will be staying here again. A little niceness at check in would be very welcoming. Don’t recite the rules with no emotion or welcoming feeling.

Super clean and quiet
We really liked this place! So clean and loved the complimentary toiletries. Smelled So nice. Had breakfast one morning and everything at the restaurant was tasty. Service was great also. Only complaint was the bed was not so comfortable. I would still return and would love to go in summer.

Beautiful property, charming room, and outstanding service. We arrived late on Christmas Eve, and Marcos made sure we were able to check in easily. We spent Christmas Day at Joshua Tree, and Marcos made sure we had an ice bucket waiting in our room when we returned that afternoon. Throughout our trip he made sure we had everything we needed. We also loved the outdoor area. Lots of comfortable seating and lounge chairs and a nice pool. Another bonus: El Mirasol was right next door, and we were able to order drinks and food poolside and from our room. Great experience. We'll definitely return.

We really enjoyed our stay at Los Arboles. It's a beautiful little property, landscape, rooms, pool and hot tub. As a bonus the attached restaurant has wonderful authentic Mexican food. Marcos at the front desk was very pleasant and helpful.

I love this hotel! It has my absolute favorite restaurant on the property so we don’t have to drive. We always go to El Mirasol on Palm Canyon every time we go to PS. Now we can walk right in and not have to drive. The hotel itself is very clean and very nice staff. My only small complaint is, it would be nice if they had better coffee and maybe a keurig machine. Coffee is important to me 😊 the hotel pool and grounds are beautiful. Will definitely be staying here again.

Very accommodating, friendly, and professional service. Family feeling. Grounds are beautiful with a small pool, great lounge chairs and adjacent restaurant with indoor and patio seating in a lovely courtyard. The strolling guitarist/singer made our dinner experience extra special!

Great Boutique Hotel
Great boutique hotel. Unfortunately the temperature was so high (118 degrees) that the pool water was too warm to enjoy. I wondered whether some type of cold water system could be run through it, or maybe a sun shade over the pool would help? El Mirasol restaurant serves a good breakfast but coffee is weak and wish they would bring back the rice flour pancakes they served 10 years ago.

Perfect boutique hotel
We loved our stay here. The most helpful and friendly staff. Pool was wonderful, padded lounge chairs with shade umbrellas. Room was clean with a very comfortable bed (and I am very picky about beds). Room was serviced everyday. I can’t say enough good things about this beautiful hotel.

For a last minute reservation, this turned out to be a real delight. It appeara to be recently rehabed and everything was super clean and well done. Staff was super friendly and helpful....they always said yes to any reasonable request. It was a bonus they have an attached restaurant that had quite good food. If you are looking for a quiet, low key and reasonably pruced hotel....this ia the place.

Our room was directly across from the restaurant so during the day the music and the conversation on the patio was loud. However the restaurant is incredible, a must visit. The staff was amazing and extremely helpful.

A great and affordable spot in downtown Palm Springs! The attached restaurant is one of our favorites, too, though we had only been to the south end location prior. The room was big and quiet, and nicely done, and an easy walk to Palm Canyon Drive. Our only issue was the spotty wifi, which is necessary because cell service isn't great in that spot for some reason. That's definitely not enough to deter us from staying again though, as it's a great little hotel close to everything.

I enjoyed the hot tub as it was a good temperature but just two working jets to use and circulate the water. Maintenance can easily fix this if an effort made. The street noise was so darn loud and I even moved down a room after 1st night not sleeping that much. Just to know. Staff quite nice though but I did ask way in advance for a quiet part of hotel and got a high road noise area. Was noticeable all the time and very so come 6:30 am. I had to work around that and go to bed much earlier for 8 and a half hrs sleep. They really should look at notes made and requests asked for long in advance. The on site Mexican restaurant is quite nice!

The hospitality at the hotel made it stand out. We felt very welcomed and staff went above and beyond. We really liked the bikes that were available to ride around the area for no additional cost. Unique touches and “family owned” vibe very nice if you aren’t looking for chain hotel. Courtyard and pool area especially nice to spend time - pictures don’t do it justice. Hot tub was clean and warm. Room was clean and spacious.

Ask for a room away from traffic & their restauran
Our room was dark and dingy, walls were SO thin that we heard everything in the room next door. We were kept up very late due to the noise. We also heard the busy street traffic. Perhaps it was the room but it was a very disappointing experience. We noticed the other side of the property had to endure Jack hammering from a construction site next door! Best thing was ample parking.

It was very cute and cozy. The gardens were immaculately kept. The pool area was very clean and inviting. We used the restaurant twice. Both times excellent service and great food and drinks. We didn’t like the parking situation. Because the motel shares the parking lot with the restaurant, we could not find parking in the evening.

Retro Charm
Hotel is comfortably old school, right down to old style door keys. The front desk is only staffed from 9 to 5. We received a voice mail saying we'd need to call if checking in after 5. We called and were told they would install a key lock and text the code to us. We arrived with no text no key lock and no staff. After calling the emergency number someone showed up with a key. We liked the retro feel, the bed was nice and poolside was charming. Don't expect an ice machine, coffee service or other niceties, but if retro simplicity at a reasonable price is your vibe, this could be your place. Be aware that the on-site Mexican restaurant is closed on Monday and Tuesday.

Nice quiet location. Room a bit sparse in amenities for the price. A desk and small frig would help. Limited desk hours not convenient for late check-ins or early checkouts. When called, desk clerk returned to property promptly when I arrived a bit late due to a delayed flight. Friendly service.

Adorable small hotel hidden from the busyness of life. Connected to it is a wonderful restaurant that has a outdoor courtyard with seating and festive environment. Love the Mexican Decour, tile, everything was top quality.

It is such a beautiful and quiet place very clean and friendly staff. There is a great restaurant on the premises but everything is so close like downtown convention center Would recommend this place and would stay there again when visiting.
