Will come back again and again!Posted Aug 9, 2014
Pros: I enjoyed absolutely everything. Location is perfect. Atmosphere is relaxing . Customer Service was Excellent.
Cons: I would like more Coffee left in the room and Several choices of tea as well. Also a Propane grill on the Patios would be convenient
Location: Hiking at Indian Palms in cooler weather is great for any level of hiker.
Everything was absolutely wonderful. We were allowed an early check-in at 3pm by taking a different room. Ours would not be ready until 4:30pm we were told. Even so, our room was beautiful in every way and although it faced the street the view was not unpleasant and there was no traffic noise. We were given a second floor room and there was no elevator so we had to carry everything upstairs. I do believe they have a valet service for that however. Very large room much bigger than The Enclaves. Everything was stocked above par compared to other timeshares. The Huge soaking tub in the Master Bedroom looked very romantic. L-shaped couch had a sleeper sofa which was not comfortable. I would recommend asking for a topper or bringing your own. Patio out our living room connected to the Master bedroom making a very nice impression. Table and chairs appointed on deck and a chaise looked inviting to sleep on at night if the sofa got too unbearable. The pool next to the building was a bit small but not overrun with kids as opposed to the pools at The Enclaves. I took a couple of fitness classes which I recommend. Fitness center was adequate and never looked packed. Never found the advertised sauna although it might be at the J.W next door that Desert ! guests have access to. There were plenty of fun activities for every age and the shuttle around the property was more than efficient. The prices in The Market were high ($4 for a 4 ounce jar of mayo) and they had very little supplies.

Nice and spacious VillaPosted Jul 28, 2014
Surprisingly nicer than I expected. The weather wasn't great for our long weekend getaway but the villa was awesome and made up for having to stay in all day. Definitely would stay here again.

DissapointedPosted Jul 21, 2014
Pros: The pool was nice
Cons: The customer service.
I was very disappointed with the staff at this reosort. Prior to my arrival I was told that they would place my families room as close if not right next to our friends room. When I arraived not only were we not next to them we were actually 6 buildings away. We have 2 children under the age of 2 to go between 6 buildings in 106 degree weather would be rediculous. Than I over heard another staff member inform another couple checking in that there room was by the construction that was taking place at the property and that they had a choice to be in a different room or that one. The person helping me out at the front desk never mentioned to me that my room was near the constrcution so when I arrived at my room I didnt expect to see dumpsters, cranes along with a huge mess in front of our room. I decided to call the front dessk to speak with a superviso (Levi) basically told me there was nothing he could do to help me than when I told him that wasnt good enough and said I would be willing to stay in the Villas 2 which has smaller rooms and not upgraded he was able to work that our however for the same price I paid for the larger upgraded room I was very disappointed I asked for the number to corporate Levi than placed me on hold for a long time and than gave me a number to call. When I called that number I was asked how I got it and that the number and that I should not of been thsi number and they proceeded to give me another number. Than I played phone tag.

Love this placePosted May 23, 2014 on Hotels.com
I love this place! It's a great place to relax and get a nice little get away. The rooms are very reasonable compared to other hotels in palm desert. At the end if the weekend I didn't want to leave!

Very good accommodation, close to lovely pool.Posted May 17, 2014
Pros: Setting lovely with essentials close at hand. Very quiet and we enjoyed our patio at ground level. Convenient location not far from airport.
Cons: We enjoyed everything as it was.
Location: We enjoyed going to The Rock church, Shields Dates, concert in the park, tram ride looked interesting, enjoyed seeing lovely trees/flowers everywhere.
Enjoyed a relaxing week with kitchenette, grocery store nearby, as well as good eating places. Time in and out of beautiful pool in idyllic setting was the highlight. Palm Desert sun & setting provided a wonderful change from our long, cold winter. Thanks for every pleasure and convenience.

There isn't one thing about this condo that I could be negative about. The AC worked great. Beds were comfortable and the TV's had great screens. Staff was amazing
