EVERYTHING GREAT EXCEPT THE ENVIRONMENTPosted Dec 26, 2014
Cons: DOOR TO THE CONNECTED ONE BEDROOM COULD USE INSULATION AROUND THE DOOR,IT CAUSED THE A/C-HEATING UNIT TO GO ON AND OFF ALL NIGHT LONG-VERY DISTURBING
2014-12-20, WE STAYED IN A LOCKOUT IN DESERT SPRINGS VILLAS TWO, THE DOOR TO THE CONNECTED ONE BEDROOM HAD NO INSUALATION AROUND IT AND COLD AIR CAME INTO THE LOCKOUT FROM THE ONE BEDROOM UNIT. THIS CAUSED THE A/C-HEATING UNIT TO GO ON AND OFF ALL NIGHT LONG. THIS WAS VERY DISTURBING....JESUS E DELAGARZA, OWNER AT DESERT VILLAS ONE, EYDELAGARZA@NETZERO.COM. PLEASE FORWARD THIS TO THE PRESIDENT OF THE HOME OWNERS ASSOCIATION. THANKS. I WOULD APPRECIATE A RESPONSE. THANKS. I HAVE NOT STAYED IN A LOCKOUT IN DESERT SPRINGS VILLAS ONE.

Stunning groundsPosted Dec 24, 2014
Pros: The beautiful setting, the pool, easy check in process. Nice rooms and very comfy bed.
Cons: The resort attrackts a lot of families. Since the rooms are not very sound proofed, I would recommend a few blocks to be adult only.
Location: Beautiful hikes (Coachella Preserve, Joshua Tree NP), great dining in nearby Palm Springs.
The resort grounds are absolutely beautfiful. The rooms are spread out in separate units surrounded by a beautifully maintained golf course. Everywhere you look is green grass and palm trees. The rooms are modern and very clean. Two rooms are connected by a single door which allows quite a bit of noise to travel between rooms.

Holidays in the desert with family!Posted Dec 23, 2014
This is the perfect spot for our family of 4. We have a 2 bedroom villa. Everyone has space. Rooms are updated and clean. Kitchen has all amenities. It's perfect location. Staff is friendly and when we had trouble with cable rhs maintenance guy was there immediately to replace a cable. I highly recommend the villas at the marriott!

No Toilet Paper, No Concern from StaffPosted Dec 14, 2014
No toilet paper in the room when we checked in. Zilch, zero, zed. The holder was empty and the spindle was lying on the counter like whoever cleaned the room just left before they finished cleaning. There was no tissue in the tissue holder either, not a square. When I called the front desk they said they would send some. When I called back the second time they said it had only been 23 minutes since my first call and they always give themselves an hour to respond to requests. They were very friendly when I checked in and the toilet paper came in about 45 minutes but I would never, NEVER stay here again. They were just not too concerned about the lack of toilet paper in our room. I found a long hair on the bedside table that was not mine and last but not least, there was also a cricket in the room chirping away most of the night. Can't wait to check out and get this place in my rear view mirror!

Relaxing views of the golf course and mountainsPosted Dec 10, 2014
Pros: Very clean grounds, several pool options.
Cons: Better restaurant options!
Location: Many options, especially golf!
The room was comfortable but smaller than expected. Kitchen area had a microwave, a small refrigerator w/ freezer. The restaurant options were quite limited and had to go off site for all meals.

Great Location. Super Friendly StaffPosted Nov 27, 2014
Pros: Location and kitchen!! Comfy bed, great water pressure in shower.
Cons: Had to purchase a fragranced wall plug in to cover the smell of either cleaning solvents or insect spray.
Location: Close to shopping, dining and the highway. Very quiet.
Smooth Check-in. Big complex. Great Golf Course (not used enough). Clean Pool area with ice water and an abundance of towels. Quiet and not so quiet pools available. Shuttle service within complex.

Easy and quietPosted Nov 24, 2014
Ok for the price- only microwave and teeny tiny fridge. Dishes- but no range top... All in all, quiet clean- we would return

Great place to stay.Posted Nov 22, 2014
My husband and I spent 5 days here. Great place with choices of pools in various locations to hang out at. I like to run and it was nice to feel safe running in this resort in the morning.
