Convenient & comfortable.

Pros: Pool areas.
Cons: Dinner at the Grille was just okay.
Location: Downtown Palm Desert was a nice surprise. Weekend street fair was fun. Palm Springs historical museum & General Store Museum were very interesting.
Staff was pleasant; allowed early check-in; room a bit small w/ a tiny balcony, but all-in-all it was very nice. The price was reasonable; loved the pool area, especially lovely at night. We will certainly return.

Great Getaway!

Pros: Liked the pools, room, and grounds.
Cons: Would like for the hotel to have had a restaurant with breakfast.
Location: The Living Desert Zoo and Palm Springs Tram were nearby. Both were really fun.
Our experience with the hotel was great. Check in/out was a breeze and the front desk staff was very nice. We did have to take our own luggage to the room; no big deal though. The room was clean and well decorated. Thought it was a good size for the two of us. The grounds are beautiful and well maintained. The property itself is huge. So, lots of walking unless you use their shuttle service or your own car. Luckily we had a room close to two of the pools. The pools were awesome. There was a bar and a grill located between them which was really convenient to get drinks or lunch. The hotel is kid friendly but didn't bother us. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and would come back for another getaway!

The amenities in this room are great. .. even though it's a little more than what I like to pay. . It was worth it. .. the only thing is the floor needed to be cleaned because it was a little sticky. .. maybe it was the cleaner they used. . It looked clean

Pros: Lots of pools, waterslide, clean, quiet, friendly staff, close to shopping/restaurants, poolside bars/multiple onsite restaurants, beautiful property
Cons: Would be nice to have room service and a restaurant that serves a full breakfast
Location: We're not too familiar with Palm Springs but things to see are the Tram, Joshua tree, shopping, restaurants, golfing.
Pros: Lots of pools and a waterslide, super clean, quiet, friendly staff, close to shopping/restaurants, poolside bars/restaurants, nice upscale restaurant onsite, fun playground for the little ones, well taken care of lighted tennis courts, golf course Cons: No room service, no restaurant that serves a full breakfast (but they serve Starbucks and light snacks), very large property (we had to drive from main lobby to get to our building that was on the other side of the golf course) We loved this place and are making plans to return. We stayed in the 1 room King bed unit and that had only a mini-fridge and microwave so next time we are going to stay in the 1 bdrm Villa that has a kitchenette so we can have the convenience of having some of our meals in our room (especially breakfast since they don't have restaurants that serve full breakfast).
