My family will not be returning. My husband and I took our 10 year old son for spring break. When we arrived in our room we were all shocked at how tiny the space was. I can’t imagine how a family bigger than 3 would manage. For the price they charged I was expecting a full size fridge & stovetop. We couldn’t fit anything in the tiny fridge & had to live out of our coolers for 3 days. The restaurant on the property was closed & the wait & price for bar food was not worth it. So beyond the shockingly small room & outrageous prices we were charged, the cleaning service is what prompted me to write this negative review. When we checked in, they told us to schedule a room cleaning. So we left our room for three hours to be sure that the housekeeper had enough time. When we arrived back to our room, the housekeeper was still in our room and when she finally left we realized that the trash was not emptied and the sheets were not changed. I could not be more disappointed in the money I spent on this vacation & as I stated earlier, I will never return.

great property,clean, pools great but its extremely quite and not really kid friendly because of the noise kids produce. The walls are paper thin and you can hear everything through the walls,even normal conversation of your neighbors . We had a noise complaint just making dinner for the kids (age 2 and 5 ). 2 security offers came to room and told us to respect the neighbors..they were nice but firm.. it really killed our vibe for the resort and it kind of ruined the trip as we were scared to even talk for rest of trip in our room. Lots of seniors in this resort, so I can understand the noise complaint.

Despite a good view of the golf court from the room, there was no room cleaning service, and only one small blanket provided for a twin sofa bed, and the room was small too.

Wouldn’t stay at this location again. What morons place a refrigerator with an ice maker 3’ from where you sleep. Just about once every hour throughout the night the ice drops in the plastic container within the freezer and the water tray cycles waking you up. Very frustrating.

This was an outstanding facility, larger and more beautiful than we imagined. We've spent a lifetime in and out of hotels (prior airline crewmembers) and have rarely see a nicer room, from ammenities to bed, even the room layout was very very functional. Every need in the kitchenette was met, great charging ports exactly where needed, comfy couch to watch TV. GREAT bed! Frequent and helpful texts helped to set expectations as heavy rain closed some facilities. Smooth and quick check in and out. We don't have one critique to offer: Just Great, and highly recommended.

This is our second visit to Marriott's Shadow Ridge. The property is impeccably maintained. Guest services are second to none. They were so helpful and accommodating and communication excellent! Five star service. Lots of activities planned as well. Pool areas are clean and beautiful! Love the big outdoor pool screen to watch sports and movies. Proximity to area amenities is fantastic. Safe and beautiful. Will stay again.

Huge resort but easy to navigate and didnt feel crowded (January) Check in was easy. Our room was spotless, spacious and very well equipped which also overlooked the golf course. The landscaping was immaculate whilst the swimming pools were warm & clean along with plenty of recliners. Facilities are excellent. A very enjoyable resort.

I really liked this place. The only issue is the amount of duck/bird poop that ends up on the walkways. Im sure its hard to control but it was gross trying to not step in it everytime we walked.

I loved staying at this property! The entire staff were incredibly helpful, knowledgeable and kind. Endless amenities and things to do around the resort. The resort was well kept and clean. I would definitely stay here again and recommend anyone to stay here as well.

Was put in a room with a noisy maintenance room adjoining and water from the disabled (we aren’t disabled) shower spread out into the bathroom and out to kitchen area. Also view was of the parking lot not the golf course promised. Water aerobics was okay but Zumba would have been soooo much more enjoyable! They did move us to a view room for our last 2 nights.

Wish they was a place to have evening cocktails & appetizers. We drove in from San Diego and instead of having to get back into our cars we would of much preferred to walk to the beautiful patio next to reservations and had our cocktails there!

Our family was blown away by this property. The pools were phenomenal, the staff were friendly and helpful and our two bedroom villa was an amazing space for our family to stay for one week. We loved Marriot Shadow Ridge and thank everyone who works there for making it such an enjoyable stay.
