Terrible Customer Service

Posted Apr 17, 2015
Pros: Nothing
Cons: The customer service was the worst I ever experienced. The employees were rude and didn't care. The hotel was dirty.
I visited the Miracle Springs Resort with my elderly parents. After we checked in my parents were hungry so we went to eat at the restaurant in the hotel. Waited 10 minutes for someone to come and seat us and nobody acknowledged our presence. Finally I went over to the bartender and asked for someone to seat us. 5 minutes later we were seated. Once we were seated no menus or silverware were given to us. We waited 15 minutes then I got up and asked another employee if we could be given menus and a waiter. Several minutes later a distraught employee dropped three menus on the table and left. My parents and I were so disgusted we walked out. I walked to the front desk to report the disasterous event to the manager. The person at the hotel lobby said Reggie was not in and when I told him our story he didn't take much interest. I also noticed the hallways of the hotel, particularly in the stairwell were filthy. The room was adequate at best. The was the worst customer service I ever experienced in my life. The employees made me and my elderly parents feel like second class citizens. I was curious if this just happened to us or if was a systemic problem. Several other guests had similar experiences. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this hotel. I wouldn't return for free.

Great mineral spring pools!

Posted Apr 16, 2015
Hotel staff was very nice. Upgraded us to a suite. The pools are great. The hotel does need updates but the mineral pools made up for it.

Thus is our third stay in 10 years. A great getaway from town. Great for families. The restaurant is much improved.

Great Hot Springs

Posted Apr 13, 2015
Pros: The mineral pools were very nice.
Location: We found a few local restaurants that we really liked.
We stayed at Miracle Spring Resort for two nights and were very happy with the accommodations. The staff was very pleasant and helpful and we learned a lot about the facility from speaking with them. I would recommend this resort to my friends and plan to return in a month or so.

Pros: The location
Cons: Make sure things work, people pay hundreds of dollars to stay there, that's not asking too much
Location: Purpose of my trip was the Tennis Tournament at Indian Wells. The hotel was convenient for me, 30- 35 min. drive tournament, shopping, dinning
My sisters and I were there for 7 nights and were on the bottom floor. There was a family above us and the kids were running around at night. I made several calls and several trips to the front desk to complain about the noise, it didn't stop until the kids went to bed, which was pretty late. If I was to stay there again I would not want to stay on the lower floor. The Ice Machine on the first floor was out the whole time I was there. I also saw a sign that the elevator was out (glad I didn't need it, my sister cannot climb the stairs). I couldn't find a cart to take our luggage to our room.

Pros: See above.
Cons: Nothing of major consequence.
Using the hot spring pools after coming back late from the tennis tournament was a real treat. Breakfasts were tasty and very hearty. Room was spacious, quiet and clean. Staff were all friendly.

Comfortable and clean

Posted Mar 22, 2015
Pros: Excellent coffee in the rooms! Thank you! Potable water in the taps. Big comfy beds. Spacious room. 24 hour pool access. Gardens.
Cons: Upgrade bathrooms. Clean deck chairs and sweep deck before guest arrival. Clean sand from pools.
Location: Joshua Tree Nat Park. Golf. Agua Caliente Palm Canyon & hiking. Whitewater Preserve hiking. Good food at South of the Border restaurant nearby.
We enjoyed our stay. We had a gigantic suite, with a fridge, microwave and coffee pot. I would have liked a stove, since everything else was there including dishes. The living room had a television, as did the bedroom. It was a very comfortable suite. One annoying feature was the rattling and noisy bathroom fan which came on with the bathroom light. The bathroom was clean but obviously old. Outside garden-pool courtyard was lovely. Lots of flowers. The place is getting a rundown and could do with a bit of a facelift...the outdoor tubs had clean water, but all of them had a fair bit of sand in the bottom, and we saw no one cleaning them during our stay. We would stay there again, though. Good people, good place to be.

Lied to us

Posted Mar 22, 2015
We came in to the hotel late. They gave us a room with one tv in the family room, but no tv in the bedroom. The office employee told me to the best of his knowledge there was only 1 tv in the rooms. This was a lie because as we were walking to the hot tub, we could see every room with a light on had 2 tvs. The bathroom was dirty and the light above the sink was cracked. Not worth $160
