Romantic getaway

This was the second stay at Miramonte. My boyfriend and I like it because the pool is never too crowded. On Saturday night the pool has kids' movies but there is an adult pool to escape to. We like that they aren't strict on taking your own food and drinks or leaving pool at 11pm.

Careless with Customer's Personal Information

I will not be returning to The Miramonte. I'm very disappointed in their careless and unapologetic treatment of my personal information. At checkout, They ran my credit card, along w/ two of my friends, but then charged the entire amount to another credit card that I used to hold my reservation. This happened even though the person at the counter assured me that she did NOT run my other credit card. When I spoke to representative in their Finance Department she said they were under new management and they had received a lot of complaints. Really? So what does she do about it? She tells me she is sorry, but my name was on the reservation, they don't have a record of any other transactions, so I'm responsible. Looks like I am the ONLY responsible party in this scenario.
