We had the worst experience. The staff was terrible and the pool is really dirty. I do not recommend this place.

Great for families, the suite has all the amenities however it's outdated and does not have a modern look. The hotel seems as though it's trying to update their look. The poolside bar is very convenient for breakfast/lunch/dinner and drinks.

Staff was welcoming. The room was clean. The hotel provides many activities for the guest to do. The pool and bar area are great too.

Excellent Time

Posted Jun 29, 2015
Cons: Closing the pool a little later since it is still warm at 10pm and keeping the Splash Bar open as late as the pool. That was disappointing.
I was down for my son's basketball tournament. I arrived Saturday around 11:30 aware check in was at 4pm. Approached the front desk with the intent of just asking if I can park there till about 12:30 before heading to the game. The worker stated we can start the check in process and let me know a room was available. He was super friendly too I thought that was great. The room was good, staff was friendly. The only down side for us was the pool only stayed open till 10pm. It is still quite warm at that time and it would be nice to have stay open longer. Also disappointed the Splash Bar closed before the pool closed, we wanted to have some food and drinks by the pool in the evening.

Vacation

Pros: The Best thing of this place has to be the pool area. My boys enjoyed the ample space and slides. Plus not worry about being too loud.
Cons: I would say just add more umbrella shade in pool area. Many families take up to 2-3
Location: Good location. About 10 minutes away from shopping center Tjmaxx, big 5, Chipotle
Overall our 2 night stay was great! Room & resort was great. Lots of families with kids. Very kid friendly 👍 will definitely stay here again.

Beware of the timeshare upon arrival.

Posted Jun 24, 2015
It was me and my family first time to visit Palm springs ca. The room we stayed in was very impressive, looked just like a condo, equipped with everything in kitchen. The pool was good, just overcrowded. But the overall thing is i did not like that we got bribed to attend a timeshare presentation. To all visitors' avoid the presentation, and just enjoy the city and resort.

Bad Check in

Posted Jun 22, 2015
The front desk check in employees somehow checked in another guest with the same last name under my reservations before I arrived. So after a long drive I arrived they could not find my reservation. Two hours later they finally found out what they had done, then after my two hour check in process the concierge tried to sell me stuff Which took another forty five mins. By the time I arrived to my room I was already over the hotel and the way the employees treated me at the check in desk, luckily their pool was a lot of fun.
