Mostly good experience!! Only 1 elevator was working in Oasis bldg so took forever to get anywhere. Living room couch & chairs old & uncomfortable. Overall however, I enjoyed myself, service was great & will return next year!!

Pool security extremely rude hotel staff ok

Staff was ok and too many rules for the cost of a weekend and staff goes back and forth with different answers it's not consistent of what they know about the resist. Example do you have BBQ on site? Can you BBQ on balcony? Some said yes other said no...

Pros: Pool and bar were great!
Cons: Replace broken furniture! Supply serving bowls with the dinnerware!
We stayed in a 2 bedroom with 6 people. First the toilet wouldn't stop running, but the maintance staff quickly fixed that! Then the fridge didn't get cold enough and climate control knob was missing! Purchased needlenose pliers and fixed that! The fold out couch was completely broken had to pull mattress off and put on the floor! But that didn't work out well as the springs were poking up! Next we had to put the cushions from the couch on top and then dress the bed! We have stayed here before and had a good experience, just not this time! We will be looking elsewhere for next year!

Great pool for kids only reason I stay here.

So I've been going to this hotel for about 6 years. When I first started staying here 6 years ago it wasn't as run down. This time around the room was pretty bad. There was stained chairs and sheets. The room had a smell to it. And one of the bathroom had mold stain patches around the tub. It just felt like i didn't want my kids to touch anything. I think this place is def do for a remodel room wise. Check in takes way to long. Pool wise my kids love the water slide and kid pool. There was one pool server walking around all day on Saturday and Sunday so service was slow. I remember there use to be a few people walking around but maybe they might have reduced staff. Not to mention all weekend the splash pool bar was not taking credit cards so you had to either charge your room or pull cash out of the ATM.

For the money it waa a nice place few things needs to be fixed and more regular maintance could be done. Staff friendly. Unfortunalty the pool shut down twice.

This hotel is horrible. They charged me $57 for a 5 minute late check out fee. The rooms smell really bad n there service sucks. They have way to many rules n charge u for everything. I recommend you go somewhere else.

Nice hotel. Pool was fun, wish there was music playing. Pool towel tokens were kind of annoying to keep track of. Lots of bees at the pool. Water slide was fun.
