Norma's - Diner of New York City fame. Comfort food. Breakfast all-day long. Outdoor terrace dining available. Open from 7 AM - 2 PM and from 5 PM -9 PM.
Mister Parker's - French bistro, dark, sexy and seductive. Open for dinner Wednesday – Sunday 6 PM-10 PM. Reservations are strongly recommended.
Recreation
Four European red clay tennis courts, croquet lawns, and petanque courts are set off behind citrus trees. Guests can use a 24-hour fitness center, one indoor saline pool, and two outdoor pools.
The Parker's concierge can recommend nearby activities, including golf, horseback riding, biking, and hiking.

Spa
The Palm Springs Yacht Club includes 20 treatment rooms, an indoor saline pool, Jacuzzis, gender separate sauna and steam rooms, and 24-hour fitness center. Spa services include rubdowns, facials and body treatments. The beauty salon provides hair and nail services. Complimentary yoga lessons are offered on Saturday and Sunday at 10AM. Private mat Pilates sessions can be booked. Appointments for all services are highly recommended.

“From Chic to Grandma's House”
I heard great things about the Parker and their staff. However, it didn't live up to how people described. Seemed like things were on the extreme sides of the spectrum. For example, the room was great as what you would expect but other parts of the resort looked run down and not maintained. Because the chic retro look wasn't maintained it just looked like someone's grandmother's house after awhile. Another example, we had an excellent time with great service and food at Mr. Parkers. However, service at the pool and breakfast was average. But I must say all the food and drinks were great! There was some maintenance going on in their spa and hopefully they will do some more freshening up in the areas that need work. I would probably go one more time to see if things change but probably will be awhile.
“Super chic hotel”
The Parker is excellent. The hotel grounds and decor are amazing. A true resort to stay in for your entire trip. No need to venture out. I can't wait to go back! I wish they would upgrade their tv add iPod chargers and provide a vanity kit that would truly make it a 5 star room even for what they consider just an estate (standard) room.
