Nice hotel, we had a good stay. It would be perfect if they can provide simple breakfast.

Hotel desperately needs repairs and updating. Old, chipped bathtub, wood railings are rotted out...rooms are old and outdated

Ok room

Pros: It didn't gouge on pricing for the Thanksgiving holiday.
Cons: New shower enclosure
Location: Good location. Downtown Palm Springs just up the street. Do a need a car or cab to get there though.
Friendly staff on arrival. Told us about good meal deals for Thanksgiving. Room was ok. Shower enclosure was peeling. Really needs to be replaced.

Not worth the price

Pros: The property is large, and the hotel staff were friendly and courteous.
Cons: Soundproofing would be a good start. We heard every sound coming from the parking area, as well as the heavy walking from the room above us.
Location: It is in Downtown Palm Springs, and there are a number of eateries and coffee shops nearby.
This is an older facility. WiFi worked well. Bathroom/shower facilities were clean, and they worked okay. THere was no breakfast service (not much of a problem as there are a number of eateries nearby). We were really unable to get much sleep. We could hear the person upstairs walking around all night (very heavy footsteps). That made the construction of the hotel seem rickety and shoddy. We noticed that the wallpaper by the upper right corner of the doorway was bubbling and appeared ready to peel off the wall. The hotel staff was very friendly. Check-in/out was easy. However, we were very disappointed with the facility, and frankly, it was not worth the price we paid for the room. We won't be going back.

Totally disgusting

We were looking for a inexpensive place to stay, which we found but this place is absolutely horrible! First room we were given smelled like someone had taken a massive crap on the floor. 2nd room smelled ok but come on.... 1 cold shower would not get hotter then luke warm, the heater did not heat, the bathroom has a toilet paper roll that pulls right out of the wall, 1/2 the outlets do not work, there is paper and paint pealing in shower, the chair in room had a huge disgusting stain that made us not want to sit there, the walls are paper thin, and every time someone walks outside door the room shakes. also Horrible!!!!!

Too small, depressing looking

Pros: They had a hair dryer, ironing board, the bed did not give me backache
Cons: Romms needs remodeling, carpets are old, stained, dirty. The shower head is too low and could not stand up straight to take a shower.
Location: East of downtown. You can get food late next door, but the food is terrible
This was a last minute reservation, never been there before, will not return. Rooms are dirty looking, too small and depressing. The TV worked only intermittently.

The hotel staff was very nice..they helped us figure out how to get around town. The hotel is a little outdated and could use some restorations. All in all not a bad last minute place to stay..we've stayed in better and stayed in worse.
