Great place for a reasonable pricePosted Jul 28, 2014
Great stay, easy to get to from the highway, nice rooms, and good breakfast. The AC was loud during the night, but not much of a problem for us.

No hot water in the morning both days. Complained.Posted May 22, 2014
Other than the lack of hot water the room was fine. That is a big issue for older people like me with a lot of arthritis.

Pros: The location
Cons: The damaged ceiling tile in the breakfast area. The damaged porcelain on the bathtub in both units
Location: It is located at the exit of a major hwy for convenient directions and less than 4 miles from the downtown that features two really great resteraunts
proximity to horse show grounds caused us to agree to pay an outrageous rate for area. A standard room was requested but they insisted only a "suite" was available. That proved to be not true. Next show we will stay just 4 miles further and get a competitive value. The advertised swimming pool was freezing. We slept in and as we departed the motel at 1 pm. Requested the room be made up ASAP. Upon our return that evening we were greatly dismayed ( as we had the same thing occur the previous day and figured it was our own fault because the do not disturb sign was left on which we discovered at 4PM and were unable to have the room made up ). They let us change our room which was a real hassle. , having no one to help and the fact that we were checking out in the morning.

Comfortable enough but not what I thoughtPosted May 11, 2014
I selected this hotel because I thought the description meant it would have readily available workout facilities and free wireless internet access from my room. Neither was actually the case. The workout facilities were unavailable due to renovation (although the staff did offer to call a nearby hotel to get me access to their facilities) and the wireless, though it was available in the main lobby, was not available in my room. Overall, it was a decent night's sleep and the staff was friendly, but their advertising should be more specific and up-to-date regarding what services the hotel actually offers.

large room, everything you need!Posted May 9, 2014
Pros: spacious room, convenient location, good breakfast, excellent value, pet friendly!
Cons: fix noisy air conditioner and maybe clean the floors a little better. also clean behind the bed.
Location: near a casino, very close to I-10 but you did not hear traffic noise
We stayed in a handicapped accessible room with our cat and were very pleased with the comfort and spaciousness with the room. The bathroom was huge, and my husband appreciated the good shower. The breakfast was good and included biscuits and gravy, scrambled eggs, donuts, bagels, juice, coffee, tea, etc. The room could have been a little cleaner, but hey, it is a pet friendly room. The bed and sofa were very clean, so that's good enough for us. The floor had laminate rather than carpeting, which we liked because of our pet. The only other issue was the air conditioner was very loud, so we did not use it. Hotel was very convenient to I-10 freeway. Would definitely stay again!

Convenient for a stop-overPosted May 6, 2014
Pros: close to interstate
Cons: needs upgrades
ok for the night. Tiles in bathroom were in bad shape. The old a/c & heating unit was very uncomfortable and noisy. Too costly for the condition of the room.

Indio Hotel, Quality InnPosted Apr 5, 2014
Pros: Relative close location to Palm Springs and also the Joshua Tree National Park.
Cons: More shopping and restaurants at the I - 10 exit for this hotel.
Location: There were not a lot of places to eat or shop at his exit in Indio, however the next exit (just a mile away) had many shops and restaurants.
I enjoyed my stay in this hotel. The room was great and the complimentary breakfast was the best I have experienced in four hotel stays in AZ and CA. My only concern or problem was the 'key' would not always activate the lock to unlock. Even after the maintenance worker 'cleaned' the lock's contacts, there was a still a problem, but less so than before. The staff was always cordial and helpful when necessary. There were not a lot of places to eat at his exit in Indio, however the next exit (just a mile away) had many fine eateries and also many places to shop.
