Nice relaxing stay

Birthday getaway

Stayed at the Renaissance for my sisters birthday getaway. Been to this hotel before, and decided to come back. I would do it again. Very nice accommodations for a reasonable price.

I would never stay at that hotel 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

I would never go back to that place myself and would never refer anyone else. Be careful people they forget to change bedsheets on sofa bed and they don't clean your room until u call them like 5-6 times. There was no parking at the hotel and I had to park like a block away. So I don't have anything positive and good to share. Went with my family for a week but because of the worse service we only stayed 2 night at that hotel and switched to different hotel with the best service.

Nice family weekend getaway

We were very happy with the overall experience at the hotel. I was especially pleased, because they upgraded our room to a suite. My sons were excited to have more space and the extra TV. The pool wasn't too crowded and the food was delicious, although a little pricey!

Beware of Air Conditioner

Pros: The pool, and close location to downtown.
Cons: The air conditioners need to be checked for noise level. Could not get any sleep due to the noise.
Location: Downtown close by to eat and drink, Coachella Valley Brewing, a short drive away. Pool was very nice, and family friendly.
Came here for a 4th of July weekend. The look of the hotel is clean, nice, up to date, and hotel staff is extremely friendly. The only thing is the air conditioner in our room sounded like a freight train was passing by, and we couldn't sleep all three nights we were there. The room looked updated, but I have never experienced such a noisy unit, and we have stayed at some pretty bad motels in the past. Because of this we couldn't really enjoy our stay, as we were sleep depraved the whole time there.

Overpriced for last minute!

Pros: Ambiance, pool, desserts.
Cons: Customer service, parking regulations to be throughly communicated.
Location: Downtown strip, casino, spas
The hotel has a great modern ambiance. Food was okay, cheesecake was amazing. Pool area is really nice and comfortable, plenty of room. Drinks were good. Just a bit irked about a parking incident. I was charged for 2 vehicles when there was only 1. It was a typo/communication error upon check in. They were not accommodating to fix that error which in my opinion is not good customer service. The room rate was a bit overpriced as a last minute booking. My stay was comfortable and I would recommend it to friends.
