Delayed check in for my room, I had to wait 1 1/2 hour for the room, and the hotel staff had me waiting for a room that was not going to be available until the next day. I checked in and booked my room almost a month in advance and this delay should not have occurred. The staff did not do a good job communicating with me especially when my wife and I were holding onto our luggage in the lobby the whole time.

The property is quite large and it accomodates a large amount of people. The staff was very accomodating. The concierage, Gordon actually had a wonderful restaurant suggestion and connection. The premises was clean. I had a king size bed though the matttress appeared to be in need of replacement.

So the two things I didn’t like is when we arrived at 10 AM we were told we can do an early check-in we are second on the list. However, we didn’t get to get in the room till 4 PM after calling twice and two people telling me that I’m gonna be getting in within the hour or second on the list so that was kind of confusing. Also no water whatsoever in the room just cups so that was annoying and also at the end being slammed with a $35 parking fee that no one ever mentioned to us

It’s a good-ish hotel. It feels a bit like it needs to be upgraded and modernized. Bathrooms meh. Beds meh, overall conditions meh. issues of many ntenance here and there. Seems slightly understaffed. Best staff: hostess at breakfast! She was great! Great location and it’s a shame that it seems it’s kind of declining. We came back because of a good experience a few years back.

I like the like the layout of Renaissance - it never feels crowded even when it is sold out. I thought the rooms could be cleaner esp. the bathroom - the tub was not clean. Sink drain was very slow. The staff was really helpful and kind.

Attentive staff always asking if we were ok. The only thing I can say is that the property is not a budget property but they don't provided or have valet service/ bell boys so you pretty much have to be doing everything on your own, loading unloading, parking your vehicle, taking the luggage to your room etc.

Very high class for us, was awesome however pool and hotub close at 8 pm and no kids under 18 in hottub. Was an amazing property, business class for sure. Was "under dressed" chicking in in crocs.

The hotel is old and required an upgrade. The area rugs at the front desk are extremely dirty and stained...rooms are old and sated..propwrt needs serious repairs. Bathrooms are old...toilets dint work properly.....not a good Marriott property.

My experience is going ok our room is a little dirty and the sink stopper does not work properly there is no fan on the bathroom to eliminate the smell or the shower vapor. I expect everything to be working correctly

Our room #5283 I believe was clean, large but had the worst bed I have ever slept in. It was concave. I write this review as I sit in my living room with a heating pad on my back. I woke up with a sore back. After a terrible night of sleep, trying to stay out of the middle of the bed, I found our shower was not working. Could not turn water controller to make water warm or cold and was hard to shut off once we had water running. So neither of us could shower before checking out. Management's answer to the worse experience was to give me some points on my account. I am not a happy customer.

The Hotel was nice, Clean. What put me off is that I checked in at 3:45, Check in was at 4pm. I waited in line, Checked in and was told that I would get a call. I waited in the lobby till 5:45pm. no call, I went to the lobby and asked if they were running late because I exhausted waiting , the lady said yes , they were late but didn't check my name. Waited till 6 pm. went back and they said that they had called me, I showed her that I had zero calls and very good reception. I was given my key at 6pm. 2 hours after Check in. Unacceptable!
