It was cold and the staff would not turn on heat.

Posted Apr 5, 2014
It had to be 65 degrees before heat would come on. Heater was broke. I called 3 times and staff were rude and just blew you off. Go some where more nice...

Reasonably price hotel

Posted Mar 30, 2014
The hotel was in fair condition and for the most part, the staff was welcoming. I really liked that the hotel was a reasonable distance to all the areas I needed to attend.

Hotel is nice. Location could be better.

Pros: Staff, cleanliness of room, PRICE, pool & hot tub area
Cons: "Continental breakfast" was L-A-M-E!!!
Location: Nothing near by. Rent a car or prepare to be phoning for a lot of taxis...which are virtually impossible to get unless you call & order one.
Upside: The hotel & staff were pretty good. Nice pool & hot tub area (open until 11:00pm, which was really nice) and every room has a fridge & microwave. The room was very clean and the price was certainly right. Parking was free, but I didn't rent a car on this trip. Downside: It's a bit of a hike (like 2 or 3 miles) from downtown Palm Springs and there isn't a grocery store or fruit market for MILES! The nearest decent store was a Rite-Aid which was about a mile & a half from the motel. Also, the "Continental breakfast" was pretty lame. Weak coffee, breads, bagels, packaged danishes, cereals, and waffles. No fresh fruit, yogurts, eggs, or anything remotely healthy. Not even bottles of water. I didn't bother with it after the 2nd day. Overall, it's a pretty decent motel. All things considered (especially the price, staff, hotel cleanliness, and pool area) I would stay there again; but would definitely rent a car next time.

Worth the price

Posted Mar 30, 2014
Pros: Free breakfast and wifi.
Cons: Breakfast area too small and the staffs could be friendlier.
Location: 15-20 minutes walk to downtown.
The hotel is good for your money with free brakfast and wifi. The room is outdated but clean. The brafast room is inside the pool area and small for crowded weekend. Only 2 tables inside, the rest of tables are pool side. They offer hot waffle and cold cereals. The hotel is on the eadge of downtown strip, close walking distance to many shops and restuarants.

Pros: Nothing
Cons: Fitted sheets, deep cleaning, better breakfast selection.
Location: Hiking at Tahquitz Canyon, Palm Springs tramway.
Room had an odor to it. Was outdated. Breakfast was all bread and cereal. Really close to downtown Palm Springs

Great location

Posted Mar 26, 2014
Pros: The location, swimming pool, book selection in the office, breakfast and wifi access.
Cons: A fitness center would be a wonderful addition.
I enjoyed being close to so many wonderful places: Indian Canyons, Palm Springs, The Aerial Tram, Street Fair, and Indian Wells.
