Decent RoomPosted Sep 15, 2014
Stayed one night before going to RV show in Hershey. Room was clean an comfortable/ Decent TV. Continental bkfst was basic muffins, cereal, and coffee. No real area to sit down and enjoy it, so went out for breakfast.

OK hotel...You get what you pay forPosted Aug 7, 2014
Check in & out were a breeze. Staff friendly. Room clean & comfy. Had been excited that it included a free breakfast, but was disappointed when I saw the breakfast area at check in. I didn't see any tables! Were we expected to carry bowls of cereal back to our rooms? I didn't bother to find out...went to McD's right down the road. Overall great alternative to paying a small fortune at an official Hershey Park hotel. We were only there to sleep after a long day in the amusement park before heading back home the next day. I would stay there again.

Moth Balls!Posted Jul 15, 2014 on Hotels.com
I was very disappointed with Knights Inn/Palmyra. The room smelled so badly of moth balls, that we all felt ill and were unable to sleep. We booked for 2 nights, but checked out after one night and changed hotels. I was also disappointed with the breakfast. If we were to have eaten there (we chose not to), we would have brought food back to the room to eat as there was no sitting area for us to use. "Lobby" was VERY small, and that is where the breakfast was set up. I do have to give Kudos to the photographer they used for the website, because they made the place look outstanding!

Pros: The location and short trip to Hershey Park and the Outlets.
Cons: Take care of the customers that already have the paperwork complete early and not make them wait past the normal checkin time. Not good customer serv.
Location: Lots of good restaurants and very close to Hershey Park.
We tried to check in at 12:30pm. We were told to come back around 3:00pm. (Normal check in time.) We returned at 3:00pm and were told that our room was still not finished being cleaned, yet about 5 other rooms were booked while we were away. The sink counter in the bathroom had some dry soap by the faucet after the completed cleaning. We were not allowed to enter our room until around 3:20pm after I asked for an early check in. Now we were even past the normal check in time. Since it was only for one night, it was ok and a convenient location for us. I think I should have been refunded some money due to the late check after requesting an early one and seeing all of the others that were checked in before us. The bedspreads had some marks on them and I think these should have been changed also. The marks looked like burn holes in a non-smoking room.

There were holes in the blankets and dead bugs hanging in the corner. The front desk guy was very nice though.

We had plenty of room and location was great. The lobby was a little small but offered coffee and Danish cereal if you wanted it. It had to be taken to your room. No place to sit there other than that not a bad place to stay while near hershey park or surrounding sports complexes
