We booked the Watercrest this spring with Hotels.com. I knew going in that we would have to visit the Oaseas center to check in, which was ok . Upon arrival Todd McDavid with Oaseas informed us that the Watercrest room was not available and he had to switch us to the Grandview Marisol.The Marisol only had 2 baths but we made it do although it was troublesome with our large group.Todd came over later that afternoon to make sure we were ok with everything and he helped us obtain additional towels and pillow cases that were missing. Todd McDavid was fantastic but he & Kimmie were the only ones that helped us with the issues we had with the room. After a long day of travel and after going out to eat that night we were ready to retire to bed but only to find large blood stains on the bottom sheet on our king bed. it was so late and we were so tired that we covered the stains up with a towel and made do. I called the next morning to Oases customer service and they said that they would send new sheets over. None never arrived. I actually called three times that day and got different people each time with Oases customer service that promised new sheets would be sent to us but none ever arrived. With the help of Kimmie, we did find a queen sheet although too little for our king bed, we were able to make do with it. I would expect that the sheets would be blood free at least for the amount of money that we pair for this hotel. I want a refund.

Cons: The whole week
Worse condo ever stayed in!!! No service, unable to find maintenance ;had to use a clogged tub for a week, don't tell you about the $300 in fees when until you arrive. Will never stay again!!!

It would have been nice if everything in the hotel worked. For that kind of money you would like it all to work. And when I called the stff they where very disappointing in how they reponded. I woild never stay again.

unit 810 had a non-working dishwasher, a leaking refrigerator and the kitchen THAT didn't have a biscuit pan. I had to wash the dishes by hand. A vacation does not consist of washing dishes. I SHOULD NOT HAVE BEEN CHARGED A CLEANING FEE.

We had a good stay with ONE exception. The airconditioner kept throwing the breaker. We came in from the beach around 6:00 PM and our room was 85 degrees. I called the number for afterhours service and never received a return call. The issue was not resolved until around noon the next day after we went to the front desk when they opened around 10:30. I was also told that the manager would call to discuss the issue but never received a return call from anyone. The condo was great but the after hours service line has some issues that need to be resolved.

I was told by "book it.com" that I could have a condo at this hotel (which is really a condo complex) with two rooms, each having two double beds and a free roll-away bed. This complex has no condo like that and NO roll-away beds. We had to make do with sleeping arrangements. Also, NO one is there after 5 p.m. and you can't check in until 4 p.m. We did not know this - if we had been five minutes later, we would have had to find another place to stay for the night, because no one would've been there to give us keys. As it was, the office was closed by the time we got to our condo and realized the beds were not as promised. I called the phone number on the office door, for "after hours" help and NO ONE returned my calls. I called and left several messages, to no avail. The balcony, pool and beach were wonderful! The condo was nice, but drawers in the kitchen were broken. I would NOT go back to this place because of the complete lack of customer service.
