“"Little roaches come out at night & does not meet ADA standards"”

This hotel was in the perfect location. People at check in was friendly. Handicap or disable people do not waste your time. This hotel does not meet ADA standards. They placed me on the third floor which had three steps. No access to wheelchair ramps and to get down to beach, one would had to go down six flights of stairs. No way for handicap to enjoy the beach. At night when I got up to get a drink of water, turning on lights saw little roaches run in kitchen and bathroom. Scared to turn off lights and slept with lights on so they would not come out. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Needs a lot of tender loving care and cleaning up. Sgd

“Visit the beach!”

One of the smaller, older hotels, right on the beach. Extremely convenient to get it and out to the water. Nice pool and sauna. Didn't see much staff activity after check-in. Our beds and towels were not changed but maybe that is normal? Very nice stay over all and I would definitely stay there again.

“Didn't Want to Leave”

This was one of the greatest vacations we have had! I loved this place the staff was awesome, and the view was extraordinary. We arrived and everyone was so nice. We didn't care about where are room was because we didn't plan on being in it much. However they were so nice they upgraded us to an oceanview and my daughters were so happy. The only complaint they had was they wished they had cereal and waffels for breakfast. No problem with the full kitchen we made it happen. Thanks for everything we will be back soon!!!!!!!!!!!!

“Horrible place to stay - AVOID”

Where to start? This has been one of the worse hotels I have ever stayed in. I have seen motel rooms for cheap a night in better conditions. We paid A LOT a night!!!! and we did not even get extra towels or bed sheets. We had to turn in our dirty towels to get new ones. Poor housekeeping! They force you to do an inventory of ALL inside your room as soon as you get there. Room looks mossy and dirty. Hot whirlpool was always dirty! Will NEVER EVER stay in this place again!

“Nice for the price”

I was worried about the price I paid, I thought it was too good to be true. But it wasn't, the room was clean and well maintained. The staff was friendly and helpful. We had a room right on the beach, it was so nice to walk out and straight on the beach. I have a 4 year old and she loved the playground, which was clean and well maintained. There was a few scuffs and maintenance issues, but it by the beach and sea air causes issues. The hot tub, is not the best, but we spent most of our time on the beach and in the pool.

“Hotel was not our vacation...”

If you are wanting a decent place to stay for your money, then this is the place to stay. It really needs to be updated. The kitchen unit needs to be updated b/c the eyes of the stove don't fit onto the drip pans (somewhat of a fire hazard if in use). The swimming pool was very clean and kept up except for a few plastic lounge chair that need to be replaced due to people who were too heavy to use them. I would recommend that you bring your own pillows and a blanket b/c the beds were extremely uncomfortable. They were like trampolines. If you jumped on the bed, you'd probably be able to fly through the ceiling... My ownly major complaint is the bald manager with a raspy voice, I don't know if he is racist (my husband is mulato) or just had trust issues with us in particular, but when we asked for our room to not be serviced he asked for a cash deposit for damages? I told him that I wasn't required to give him one and I have already paid cash for our room. He huffed like a little child and told us that we would be required to pay for any and all damages that we may cause... We just didn't want anyone to come in without us since we had an expensive camera and supplies... Anywho, the second day we were there, everytime we were at the pool, he climbed down the stairs and glared at us then walked back up. Seconds later there was a cop patroling the pool area? Coincidence? Not sure... We are just a married couple trying to enjoy our vacation, kinda offended.

“gerat place”

Allowed us to.check in early and upgraded us to a 2 room suite with.a.full kitchen at no additional charge. Great place to stay. Right on the beach. Had a great stay.

“TERRIBLE COFFEE”

If you are in the market for a one or two star hotel, this one may be for you. But, despite the great location, don't be fooled into thinking you're getting a great deal. You get what you pay for. Simple as that. Everything worked in the room, it was in a good location, and the beds were comfy. Beyond that, it could use some updating, and there was no wifi in the rooms.
