Left day early, pool out of service, no ice machin

Pros: Nothing
left day early, no ice machines, pool out of order, just not a friendly place. Rooms were spacious but not very homey. I would not stay there again.

Pool wasn't open also door on bathroom was broken and door didn't lock. Not understanding why I even paid a resort fee whn it wasn't a resort.

View is only good thing

The view is only good on left side or on floor 3 & 4. The first room I was in was on 3rd floor, perfect view, but tv didn't even turn on, balcony bars were loose, shower knob broken off...second room was on 4th floor.,, a/c didn't work....third room was on 2nd floor, horrible view, toilet didn't flush, coffee maker didn't work. If I had paid ony $50 or $60 a night for this, I would have expected it.

This is an old and out of date hotel. The only thing going for it, it is on the beach.

Pros: It has a great ocean view.
Cons: If new was newer, it would be considered better.
Location: The shops are conveniently located and the area is great for the youth.
The staff service has been outstanding. It's a warm place be stay. I would book this hotel again in the future.

The motel was close to the beach.

Pros: The motel was accessible to the beach. I liked walking on the boardwalk!!!
Cons: The elevators could be improved; and cleaning staff should have supplies in rooms before guests arrive...ex-soap. Exterior of motel was grime.
Location: Location was fine; but, motel was not too busy so restaurants were closed. I did ask a desk clerk about suggestions and she recommended a good choice.
The beds were really comfortable! However, my soap despenser in the shower was empty when I went to take a shower; told the reception desk but never received it.

Pros: My room was comfy and clean.
Cons: The things that are advertised should be available to your guests, and if not then you should be offering HUGE discounts! Need a happy staff!!!
On arrival we found out that we would not be receiving free breakfast due to the fact that we booked through Expedia rather than the hotel. It continued when I went down to the food court at 7:30am (after being told it opened at 6:00am) and it was closed. Went back at 8:00am and it was still closed, and again at 9:00am. Tried to eat lunch on another day and yes, closed. After the second day of stay, the front desk staff mentioned that when the food court is closed you can get food at the corner market or the bar and grill which was just a flat out lie. The bar informed me they never serve food. The staff in the corner market was rude saying to me "I don't make the prices and let me give you a receipt so you can check it". I also tried the Rusty Anchor one night, also closed. I was there toward the end of August and the place was very slow. Although I understand cutting back when slower, if you are treating it like it is off season then you should also adjust your prices accordingly. Pools were disgustingly brown and one of them shut down after first day there as it should have been. The ice cream in the corner market looked as though it had been sitting out for a year. I have stayed at the Condos before and it was a positive experience but the hotels are clearly the red headed stepchild of the Boardwalk.

Beds was too low down to the floor linen was stained sand was on the floor of rooms . AC unit was leaking elevators was nasty . Curtains was soiled visibly notice.Smell like mildew and Will be contacting expedia.

We were looking for lodging that was clean, directly on the beach, and on the on far west end of PCB. We hit the jackpot. Thank you Expedia! Beautiful hotel. Many extra amenities all in the price if the hotel room cost. The resort fee provides all the rest. We did not have time for the hotel things. We prefer snorkeling, deep sea fishing, etc. Again thx Expedia, we would have never been able to have or able to go on vacation at original price.
