I really enjoyed my stay at Comfort Suites. The room was very clean, the property was in great condition and the staff were great! I gave four stars for “area around the property” because I think this hotel might have a “lady of the evening” problem. When I went outside to smoke, there seemed to be the same car idling out there with one, and sometimes two ladies in it who never came inside the hotel. They always just stayed in the idling car. Hotel mgmt should look into that.

Don't even bother coming here if you plan on enjoying the hot tub, because it doesn't exist. Room was nice on a good note if you just need a place to sleep.

Checked in around 10pm after a looooong day of traveling with a 4 year old and 2 (TWO) birthday parties only to have to go back downstairs to ask for the bedding for the pull-out couch because it was not in the room and the TV would not get a signal. (Meh, Stuff happens) But the staff was super nice and the property was very clean and the breakfast area was just as clean! Will definitely stay again.

The suite was mostly clean, but I still saw little details of areas it was not clean. Food residue near kitchenette sink. Crumbs underneath the refrigerator. A little staining on the furniture. Aside from these little details, it was still a pleasant stay.

Internet was down or spotty more than it worked. TV’s worked sometimes in one of the rooms and not at all in the other. Lack of available maintenance person to fix anything.

Items needed in the suite.
Need at least two trash cans in room. Only had one small one in bathroom for five people. Way too small. Needed another chair in room. One desk chair and love seat not enough places for five people to sit. Lay on bed was the only other option. So could use another chair.

The television did not work, when we informed the front desk worker, the individual stated they had been having problems with the television in that particular room. When we inquired about another room we told they were booked and couldn't change our room, and because we booked through a 3rd party service (Travelocity) credit couldn't be added or charges couldn't be deducted from final bill balance. We booked a suite that is advertised on Travelocity as well as Comfort Suites' own site as sleeps 6 people, we are a family of 6. The advertised "full size pull out sofa" did not have bedding on it and no bedding was provided for it anywhere in the room like it normally is, which caused for another trip to the front desk to request for bedding for the pull out, we were given a fitted sheet, flat sheet and what was referred to as a comforter that was thinner than the room's sheer window treatments and advised other than another flat sheet, inventory didn't allow for anything more to be given per management.... not even a single pillow. As if any of the previously mentioned unsatisfactory issues weren't enough, we spent the night in full combat mode, fighting roaches that had us out numbered by far and flanking us from every direction. At over $200 a night this experience has truly been our worse nightmare!!!

The overall stay was good. The property was seemingly clean, however the coffee maker in our room was infested with baby roaches. We killed about 20 of them over the course of the 3 night stay. When we brought it to the attention of the front desk they did not really seem bothered. We did not let it ruin our trip because we are very easy going, but after we told them about it they also just stopped coming to clean our room. Anyway...

The room was large and the bed is very comfortable. The shower water pressure is great! I would give all excellent and 5 star rating except for the hall carpets. They’re very stained, which makes them look very dirty, especially in front of the room doors.

The room was neat, clean and well maintained. The staff was very helpful and thoughtful. The pillows on the bed were so good we ordered some for our home use from Choice hotels on Amazon... square shape and neck comfort was excellent. Also the hair dryer was excellent! I have recommended this hotel for my family when we visit friends.

Trip Down Memory Lane
Nice stay, no complaints. Dated but clean and comfortable. Was out before breakfast time but it appeared to be decent as they were setting up as we were checking out. Did gray coffee to go. Did not use pool but saw a family in the pool who seemed to be enjoying it. Food and shopping near by if you need it.
