“Bed Bugs”

Our room had bed bugs. We told the manager and he came and looked at thebed bugs and the bite we had receved. He just said thank you for letting me know. Nothing else was said except sorry and that they had had them a few months back.

“Incompetent Night Clerk”

The location of this hotel is at a very convenient location to my work; however, the night clerk seem to be a hustler, meaning, he tried to get me to stay for one night after I paid for two nights and as the result of his incompetence and lack of respect for me as a customer I was able to get into my room until an hour later after 3 hrs driving from Pensacola, Florida and 8 hours of work at Panama City, Florida. He even refused to get on the phone to speak to my brother who made the reservation and paid on my behalf. I had to the Expedia travel agent to call him and speak to him and he was still unreasonable. Very poor customer service. All this happened on October 15 thru October 17.

“Don't Stay Here”

All rooms in this hotel was "pet friendly". The carpet was filthy and the faucet in the bath tub leaked. You can bet that the carpet was full of dog pee and other filth. Since this hotel allows pets, they should block out a group of rooms for pets only families not every room. This is too me unacceptable.

“Very poor motel”

The first room they gave me had roaches and cans of roach spray in it. The second room they gave me was better. No roaches, but the shower was just a trickle and the toilet would only flush if you held down the handle. The carpet and the couch had stains from spilled items. This was a very second rate motel...
