Nice view. Nice employees. Rude security.

Posted Apr 10, 2014
Pros: Nice pool & grill for everyone.
Cons: The elevators were a bit slow, but that happens.
Location: It's right on the strip-- PERFECT LOCATION.
I enjoyed my stay at Days Inn for the most part. The actual employees were very friendly and well mannered. The only thing my friends & I didn't appreciate was the security guards. They were doing their job, but they came across as rude and very nosey! Since the group I went with were somewhat young, I guess they thought we were trying to get into something crazy- when really we just wanted to enjoy our vacation. We all felt as if they abused their authority. One actually followed a car that was leaving to a nearby store just to see what was going on! Other than that, the hotel itself was very nice. The people at the front desk and housekeeping were excellent and understanding to any problem we had!

2014 SpringBreak in PCB

Pros: Location, pool, friendliness
Cons: Continue to renovate/upgrade
Location: Centrally located to many activities which is a plus
Considering it was SpringBreak in PCB, we had a great time.

Don't expect any luxuries

Posted Mar 25, 2014
Stayed at this hotel for just under two days, so it was tolerable because it was a short trip. The floor was tile, so it easily got dirty from the outdoor walkways and dragging in sand from the beach. Cracks in the tiles and black spots in the bathroom. They did have a pretty decent complimentary breakfast, and parking is free. The pool was also pretty nice, and great access to the beach.

Needs updating

Posted Feb 9, 2014
Pros: The continental breakfast was one of the better we've encountered. The location, and beach were great.
Cons: Update, update, update, new mattresses
Location: Central location on the beach. During season, mini golf, Ripley's, Wonderworks interactive facility, lots of restaurants, great food, nite life
Although we were booked in a non smoking room, the bathroom smelled like someone smoked in it 24/7 and still was. The hotel/rooms are run down, the beds leave a lot to be desired, very uncomfortable, and noisy. I did notice they are in the process of updating, not sure what is on their agenda. Overall, for the money, it was OK.

Nice hotel, great price, on the beach;)

It was such a nice relaxing weekend loved that it was right on the beach even though it was to cold to swim. Definitely going back when it gets warmer I can't wait although they could switch out the breakfast menu;)

Beautiful beaches, very nice front desk staff. I would definitely stay here again... Room was clean even though they were renovating the hotel.

Good location

I would rate this hotel fair, and perhaps even good for the price we paid (off season). Breakfast is poor, same thing every day, thus good enough for one/two days stay.

If the price is too good there is a reason. It has newer curtains and chairs, the rest is awful. You can hear the person next door talking on the phone. The railing paint is peeling. The worst if all is the horrible paint in the bathtub to cover up who knows what? I have a picture if that one. Just don't do it!!

Ok for nice price

Nice location. Every room looks out to the Gulf. Bargain price. Only steps to beach. Free breakfast in extremely small, crowded area. Older building, being updated. Clean but evidence of hard use for many years is everywhere. Ok choice if you recognize you can't expect a luxury resort for low nightly rate.

Great hotel for the money, will stay there again. 1st floor is a little noisy, next time I will request another floor.
