No wifi and thin floorsPosted Jul 22, 2014
There was no Wi-Fi in the room when it was promised. There is a beautiful pool however the rooms are so old and truly need updating.

DisappointmentPosted Jul 21, 2014
Cons: Staff need to be mor accomadating to customers.
Location: beach and pool.
I requested and paid for in advance two queen beds in my room. When i arrived to the site I received one king size bed and my sons had to sleep on a pull out sleep sofa. It was so uncomfortable I had two place pillows on the mattress to stop the bars from the sofa touching my sons back. After calling the front desk I was told that there was not any other rooms available. I requested to speak with a manager I was told they were gone for the evening and would not return until the next morning. I requested a refund. I was told that I booked my room through expedia so there was nothing the could do for me. I really felt taken advantage of because I paid a lot of money for the room. Also, I was not told from expedia that I would be charge from the hotel for damage insurance once I got there. My experience was awful and I do not beleive I would use expedia again.

Nice for a familyPosted Jul 11, 2014
This condo is roomy for a family. The separate bedrooms give privacy. Balcony view was great. The beach where the hotel is located is beautiful.

Not what I was wanting for my family did not knowPosted Jul 7, 2014
We were wanting a room at the resort and got a villa condo was not what I thought I was paying for. The bracelet where falling a part and they wanted to change us $50 for them if we did not turn them in. The shower doors were following apart and the showers had mildew in them we sprayed Clorox in them the back door was hard as heal to open. We paid $2600 for a vacation at what was to be a nice place. It was not we made the best of it with the walk to the beach we are family so we stuck together and made the best of it. So no we will not be back

Family friendly, great location but not luxuriousPosted Jun 28, 2014
It's more like a high rise condo rental than a hotel. There's no daily housekeeping service unless you pay for it. The unit needed an upgrade from the 80's-not just cosmetically- the armrests on the sofa were torn. But, the view of the beach was breathtaking, and the pool was lovely. The staff was friendly. We ate many yummy meals at restaurant. One night they showed a movie at the pool. My 12 yr. old daughter rated our stay as a 10.
