The resort overall was good, just they mixed up our room with someone else’s room and gave us the code to the door that someone else had rented before already and we didn’t know it My Wife and I unlocked the door with the code they sent us and we walked inside and somebody was in there. We almost got shot that man was really mad at us and came with a gun that almost scared us to death so I called them and said that the room we rented was in use so they gave us a different room and that room we got also had a washer and dryer in there and we washed our clothes when we took our clothes out of the washer. They were completely ruined. I don’t know what it was if it was oil or something but our clothes had a complete gray-black isch color about $100 worth of clothes and I hope to get a partial refund from Emerald Beach resort

The property is conveniently located and walking distance to plenty of things. However, the customer service was not good. Our air conditioning unit was not working, and it took an extended time to get it repaired. We had to sleep 2 nights without ac, and it was mid 80s in the condo in the meantime. I was also told we would be provided with extra fans that were not provided, and I was hung up by customer service.

I didn’t like how the building was a bit confusing. Took me a while to find the pool, no clear signs directing to pool. Very limited amount of pools and spas/sauna. No assign parking was also an inconvenience. Nice views. Clean room. Spacious. Room was same as the pictures - which was good. Overall, good experience.

A/C didn’t work had to have maintenance come fix. Then it quit again. All three nights the A/C didn’t cool correctly. All guest were miserable sleeping in a hot condo.The room was dirty. Dust on two bent ceiling fans ,counters dusty,ice maker was froze up,carpet smelt like mildew. Company locked us out to get a credit card that was already on file. Worst condo / beach trip ever. Cleaning fees for a dirty condo. I could go on. I WILL NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN

June beach stay yay!
We enjoyed our stay here! Would recommend. There were several elevators broken dow and a couple things in the room that needed repair. But , the beds were comfortable and things were clean. We loved the openness of the condo and loved the nice table on balcony that we could all sit to have breakfast.

Had no access to balcony at all even though i called. Asked for a refund. Sofa bed sheets dirty. Washer didnt spin out water so drying was difficult. I had no response from ...text if you need anything.....number. There was a so called work order for balcony door but no one ever showed up. For what we paid everything should have been perfect but nowhere near it. It was pretty but so many things not in correct working order. I will not visit again and recommend you dont either. I havent heard anything about a refund of any kind. I guess i should have investigated before hand. Kinds like false advertising. I am very disappointed and do not intend on staying there again.

I would probably say a 2 . Only one elevator was working a lot of time and they only had 2 working when it did. That makes for a lot of waiting in a 23 floor motel. Most mornings and evenings there was usually a 20-30 minute wait to get one the elevator. Condo was ok. Nothing special and when you leave they send you an email of everything you have to do or be charged for it. I’ve never had a motel room/condo that we’ve had to do that with before. We just left so I’m assuming we’re going to be charged for something even though we did everything in the email. Maybe not. Just a feeling from talking to them a couple of times. I won’t be using them again

The master bedroom has a damaged bed, the mattress has a huge dimple in the middle so when you lay dow. You roll to the middle. The small bedroom mattress is so wore out that you can feel every spring in the mattress. The sofa couch mattress is terribly stained as well as the couch itself. Under and around was dust piles as well as Dorr and sand.

The stay was great. The only thing i could complain about was the elevators were under maintenance so it took a long time to go up and down floors using the one set that was working. Rooms were clean and everything was organized.

Loved the location of the property. Property was decorated very nice! What we didn't like was that the toilets were very nasty under the rim, we had to purchase cleaning products and cleaned it ourselves. You could tell the toilets bowls under rims had not been cleaned for some time, and also it could have been dusted better. The smell of dust was very strong. But overall it was a nice place to stay!

Emerald Beach was Great. Southernmost Im not totally impressed. I ask the first host about towels and she said I had to wash my own. The 2nd time I called I told them I wasnt on vacation to do Laundry and I did get towels. Not real good communication on that. Im also upset with Expedia that I got screwed out of $186-- said I could cancel!!

This property was beautiful. The pools were great, the room was great, the proximity to the beach was great. I wish there was a little more direction upon check in as to the confusing elevator situation. Checking in at a different location that the actual property was a little odd. Told workers would be coming into our unit 8-5 to do the tile on balcony which would be closed during our stay. Sorry, construction would be around us with loud constant noises. Sorry, construction will not be close to us. Got there, all access code did not work to get into parking garage. A lady gave us hers which turned out to be the new code, ours expired, when? Pots pans scratched, unusable, can opener had to be cleaned before using as food caked on, bedroom was cold and noisy, not enough towels, days to figure out remote, slept on pull out bed, no welcome packet as to the property and which elevators to use, it appeared to be a rental by owner, couldn’t use washer unless there as wash machine might overflow, I would not recommend that resort after staying there.

Beautiful location right on the white sugar sand beach. Everything is close lots of restaurants shopping etc but the grocery stores do require a short drive. The condo had everything you need lots of cooking pots pans etc. Only minor issues with the condo was its badly in need of interior paint, several light bulbs were burnt out, the ceiling fan in the master bedroom didnt look like it was secured to the ceiling very well and the master bathroom faucet had a steady annoying drip. Tried to fix the drip I ended up shutting the water off under the sink. Reported the leaky faucet but never heard anything back and we stayed 6 days. Also be advised that the beach loungers and umbrellas are expensive to rent so you may want to consider bringing your own or buying some while you are there. Overall nice stay and we had fun swimming in the clear warm waters.
