“Nice Quiet Place”

This resort is located on the bay and is just a few minutes away from the beach. There is a small private beach, but you have to walk across a private pier to get to the beach. It is a nice scenic walk. We had a minor problem with our room when we checked in, but were moved to a nicer room immediately. The kitchens are fully equipped.

“This is the only place I will be staying whenever I go back to Panama City. Nicest hotel stay ever.”

One of the best villas Ive stayed at. I will always make my best effort to go back to this area. I love the set-up. Very nice place to stay.

“Nice Accomodations in Quiet Area”

Stayed in Jan 08. Good value that time of season and nice quiet location. Golf, spa, tennis and boating available on site. Although we had some minor problems with the room (remote for one of the TVs missing, light out in living room lamp, and slider door to bathroom came off its hinge), it was serviced within 30 minutes. Facility and room were clean and comfortable.

“Much to like”

We reserved this hotel sight unseen. We were so pleased when we arrived. Location was great for us. Only a 10 minute Drive to panama city beach. We enjoyed the pool and beach on the hotel grounds. The restaurant "LIMES" on the grounds was great. We ate 2 of our meals there. Everything about the hotel room Was much better than others I have stayed in. We also were close to 2 grocery stores. We definitely will stay here again.

“Great choice, but bring your own toiletries...”

The hotel and grounds were gorgeous and peaceful, and a lovely alternative to staying on the crowded and busy main strip on Front Beach road. The staff was friendly, the room was clean and modern, and the pond and golf course views were so nice. However, there were no towels or shampoo, only soap, so don't forget to bring some! (They may have had some at the desk, but I didn't ask.) Also, definitely go to St Andrews State Park. Gorgeous! I would definitely stay here again.

“Would rather stay at holiday inn”

First time staying at a Holiday Inn Villa. Had problems with check in. Had to go back to the check in building to get reassigned to the room we requested. Maid service does not come with room price. Nice area if you play golf. Room furniture was dated and worn. For the price I would rather have stayed in a Holiday Inn Hotel with full services.

“Very nice Hotel-although it is new.”

Discovered blood on sheet/no pillow covers/kotex cover on floor/dirty sock/phone service not operating--The hotel is very nice, in a good location, good rate & good place to stay. This is a new hotel & the 'bugs' will be worked out in the future. Good Place.

“A little surprised”

I liked everything about this condo except the fact that I didn't realize there was no room service, no bed changes, no new linen, no replacement trash bags. I thought I was getting a normal hotel stay and it was more like a cabin in the woods as far as service went. Second, there is no restuarant in the hotel, you have to go over to the Marriot to eat "on premises". Other than these things, I enjoyed my stay.

“new and nice----but needs maintainance work”

enjoyed our stay, the room was comfortable and the place was beautiful. We would love to visit again in the future with a golf package.

“Won't go back”

First of all I paid for a 1 bedroom suite but was given a standard room. I had to get my room changed. That took an hour. Also the DVDs in the room did not work. I called maintenance no one came out. And the light bulb was blown in one of the lamps. In addition they charge for the towel service, but even when I paid they still forgot to bring them. On a more positive, The grounds were nice and it included a lot of outdoor activities to include:pool, tennis, biking, playground, restaurants, and gym.
