The elevator was broken and I am disabled and cannot climb the stairs and certainly cannot carry luggage up the stairs. If expedia doesn't refund my money i believe i have a really good court case. I was not informed that the elevator was broken and could not get help from anyone at expedia on the phone before I tried to check in. I am 100 percent disabled and my wife tried repeatedly to get someone on the phone but 2 different people hung up on her. I like expedia but there is no customer service. I will not use this service again if not fully refunded.

Timothy, I would like to apologize for the for our elevator that broke down on Sunday afternoon. We did contact our service provider and they could not respond unit Monday. We truly want to take care of every guest who stays with us and allow them to have a good experience.

What a dump. I stayed at several different hotels recently from Florida to Ohio. This hotel was by far the worst. It’s in desperate need of a complete renovation.

When traveling I always wipe down furniture with disinfectant wipes and clean restroom but this hotel room was CLEAN! No dust, no left over hair on the bathroom floor, no stains on the bedding or carpet. The staff was nice and the breakfast was hot, fresh and ready! I was indeed impressed and it will be my go-to when I go back. The bed was super comfy too 😊

Great stay away from the touristy areas.
Great stay! The only minor negatives were the hot tub ( which was listed as an ammeity)had been filled in with cement and the hallways were not air conditioned. Employees and property were great. Very close to restaurants and shopping.

Nice clean and quiet place to stay, modern facility, close to a lot of shopping and food options. The only negative is that the bathroom needs a few upgrades, loose floor tiles and bathtub bottom isn't a solid foundation.

Our room and the areas that we used were very clean and neat. The breakfast was good. Nice selection and plentiful. The only negative I have, is probably just me, when I stepped into the tub for a shower, it felt a little slick and I was a little concerned about slipping.

The stay was ok. But the room that we saw on the internet when we booked the hotel is not what we saw when we arrived. It was not as nice as what was presented when we booked. That was very disappointing for the price we paid

Our room was nice and clean. The lady in the breakfast area Friday morning was the sweetest! And the cleaning staff that we encountered were all great. We appreciated the friendly front desk staff as well!

The check in was great, upon unloading all of our stuff into our room we discovered that the bedding was soiled with what appeared to be blood and there was candy/food on the floor. We quickly spoke with the staff downstairs and were transferred to another room. The 2nd room was on another floor and was clean and tidy! Beds were comfortable. Overall the property was clean, tidy, and comfortable.

They checked me in knowing the hot water to their rooms was was not working, but said nothing to me about it. I unloaded my Harley after a 600 mile ride and just before going to bed I go to take a shower and there was no hot water. I called the desk and they said it would be fixed later in the morning. I departed at 8:00AM and there was still no hot water. I feel I a refund is in order.

The room was nice and comfortable, food was good and we had a great stay until our last day. I got up early on the last day to head for the airport and there was no hot water to shower or get ready for the day. let the shower run for 10 minutes and still no hot water.

Decent location. No hot water for two of my three nights. Room 317. Also had individuals in the field next to the hotel lighting fireworks which led to debris all over my vehicle.
