You get what you pay forPosted Jul 15, 2013 on Hotels.com
I'm a young man and just needed a cheap place to sleep and shower for a few nights. I booked the smoking room to save $10/nt but will pay the premium next time. Smoke odor was very strong. Burn marks were everywhere and on everything, probably because there were no ashtrays in the room. The room was clean except for snap pops in corners and the backside of the door was filthy. I had to get a "do not disturb" door decal from the front desk but when I returned that evening, they had cleaned my room anyway and left bottles of Windex and Greased Lighting in the room. The room is hardly soundproof, as it seemed like I could hear everybody who walked passed and every vehicle that drove by. The continental breakfast consists of only prepackaged foods and fresh fruit. If I need only a cheap place to sleep in PC in the future, I would probably come back, but definitely not a smoking room.

Okay for One nightPosted Jul 8, 2013
Pros: The room was clean.
Cons: Breakfast, coffee, service reliability
Rooms are clean, that is good. But the price of 80 bucks per night is disproportionate to the performance. Worst breakfast and coffee I ever got. No towels in the room. Extremely loud air condition.

Needs repairPosted Jul 3, 2013 on Hotels.com
Got up one morning and carpet was soaked, there was waterdamage on the ceiling of my room and you could see where the water traveled to soak the carpet. Definitely needs some repairs.

Not a safe location for hotelPosted Jul 2, 2013
We will not come back again, not a safe hotel. Not so clean hotel, loud A/C and not very clean room, and the room smelled really bad

The was clean, convenient and served it's purpose. I would stay there again if I had the opportunity. Everything was perfect.

We arrived and front desk was awesome. went to room wanted to put food in mini-fridge, It was turned off and open the door and it was nasty with mold, had to clean it myself before I could use it... Dirty hand prints all over the Bathroom door... Carpet was nasty.. My wife and son's feet were totally black after walking on the floor... Beds were comfortable. Paid way too much for this room and was only worth a cheap NO TELL MOTEL RATE!!!.. very disappointed in this Howard Johnson's location... will never recommend it!!!!!
