Good facilities. Even off season market was openPosted Nov 24, 2014
Pros: Loved being able to hear the ocean
Location: Off season so many things are closed and most of the local people do not know what is or is not open
It was so cold while we were there but the hot tub was nice.

Right on the GulfPosted Nov 17, 2014
Pros: Indoor pool, on the beach, parking garage, workout room, DVD rental on the property, full kitchen
Beautifully decorated 1 bedroom condo right on the Gulf of Mexico. This condo was clean and cozy. Bed was only a queen but very comfortable. A bit small for us king bed fans. The building has an indoor heated pool which was nice because of the cold weather we experienced. The condo has a balcony with furniture for sitting outside and watching the water. The surrounding area offers many things to do but some things were closed for the season. All and all, very enjoyable.

Would not recommend this hotelPosted Nov 10, 2014
Cold showers, stove burners didn't work, access door didn't work. Not one dish towel or dish cloth was in the room, had no access to pool towels, the side of the refrigerator was filthy. You had to pay a NONREFUNDABLE CLEANING DEPOSIT but they didn't give you any cleaning supplied. STAY AT A REGULAR HOTEL WHERE THEY AT LEAST PROVIDE COFFEE!!!! I thought a kitchenette was going to be nice but if you have to spend your own money to stock it with coffee filters, salt and pepper, dish soap, etc. then forget it. We only stayed 2 nights and didn't want to spend $200.00 to just stock this stuff in order to use the kitchenette. Then turn around and throw it away!!!! Ridiculous. I expected to have to buy coffee and butter but NOT EVERYTHING!!!

Nice hotel close to the beach.Posted Nov 9, 2014
Pros: View of the Gulf of Mexico.
Cons: Can't think of anything.
Location: We just stayed at the pool and walked on the beach.
Short stay but nice. Staff was understanding. I but not my wife was a little skidish about being on the the 23rd floor but they were nice to move us to the 3rd floor I don't like high floors.

Ironman FloridaPosted Nov 4, 2014
Stayed here for Ironman Florida. It's about a mile from the Ironman Village so easy to walk to registration, start, finish, etc.. Far enough that you don't hear the noise from race central that the closer hotels have to listen too. Nice and quiet. Curiously, no one was using the pools, so was able to get some taper laps in easily (indoor pool not made for lap swimming, but long enough to make it work - especially with no one there!) Also easy to swim in the Gulf right outside. The place is a condo, so no daily room cleaning unless you pay extra (optional). Free parking across the street. Really nice gym. There are also cleaning and security deposits that are extra and compulsory. Full kitchen was perfect to make my own food. No restaurants in the building, but lots of them within driving distance. For me, overall it was the perfect place to stay for the race. If I do IMFL again, I would stay here.

A Birthday CelebrationPosted Sep 29, 2014
Pros: Decor, location, water view, staff, and the oceanview from our balcony on the 19th floor. Free Parking, and we felt safe on the beach at any time.
Cons: I can't think of anything.
Location: great restaurants and places to have fun and listen to live music, meet new people, especially since it is a weekend on the off season.
The condo we rented at Panama City Beach was at the Majestic and could not have been nicer. There were only 3 of us so we each had our own bedroom and two of the bedrooms had their own bathrooms. Our condo was on the 19th floor and overlooked the ocean from the balcony. It was just perfect in every way. It is centrally located and within walking distance to a wonderful little restaurant called Firefly which has a great early dining special from 5 PM to 6:30 PM. I had a wonderful birthday dinner and my 2 friends enjoyed their meals too. I will be back and hopefully can rent the same condo again. Staff at the condo association were very friendly and helpful with recommendations and info on the area.
