Air conditioner was broken and had to switch rooms. Front desk clerk was rude!!! Pool was nasty. Carpet terrible. Breakfast was a joke.

Pros: disgusting
Cons: cleanliness of the rooms and the grounds. The rooms smell like a mixture of feces and smoke. The carpets were visibly caked with black gunk.

I am a wyndham timeshare owner. I didn't think twice about pre-paying or selecting a wyndham property. I arrived at the hotel and the grounds were poor the room was smelly and filthy. The desk clerk refused to clean the room and refused to refund me because I pre-paid. The one hundred dollars was a well learned lesson. I won't be a timeshare holder after this experience.

Pros: The hotel staff of course!
Cons: Cleanliness of the rooms and hallway on the 3rd floor.
Location: Located near IHOP (delicious breakfasts there), PC mall.
Staff were VERY friendly and accommodating. But I found a hair on the desk by the microwave (u know what type I'm talking about...ew). Air condition also was messed up and groaning :/ My daughter was late picking me up so I phoned the front desk...they let me stay a whole hour after check-out, God Bless them (im disabled and could not carry my suitcases down)

when we received our receipt it was not the amount we paid, she said it was a receipt for the amount they receive from you. I have never run into that. she said our confirmation was our receipt which I had already thrown away. Linda Allen

Cons: More sound proofing in the walls.
Location: N/A. I was just there to sleep for 8hours.
You get what you pay for. Microtel is good when you must get in and out quickly. Cheap rate. Suitable room and clean. Not a luxury hotel obviously. Good value.

There were holes in the walls, mildew on base and trim boards. The staff was very rude, and rooms were overall bad. I would advise you go else where for your stay. Thank you for your time!
